We had a wonderful week. Thoughtfully appointed condo. Loved direct access to the beach. Parking just below the unit was so easy. The hotel carts for ease of luggage movement. Wonderful kitchen. Extra beach towels. We were so happy.

Beautiful condo, perfect location for us golfers. The courses we played were very close and the restaurants we ate it were also very close.

We spent a week at this condo for a family vacation and wish we could’ve stayed longer. The condo was clean, spacious but yet cozy at the same time. Property amenities were amazing the property was gorgeous. Owner communication could not have been better . The only negative was we had to leave! Highly recommend and hope to be back at this beautiful property.

Love Love Love

We have been staying at Litchfield by the Sea for several years and going back to this same condo at Captains Quarters for 2 years now. The owners are so hospitable and if there are any issues the staff is quick to resolve. The private balcony walk up is a huge plus! We will continue to stay here for our family vacation as long as we are able to. Highly recommend!

Vacation

This was our third visit, and the property and host never disappoint. The condo is conveniently located with beautiful views of the ocean. The host is always accommodating and makes sure that your stay is memorable. I would recommend this property and hope to be back next year. .

Relaxing get away.

Short stay but fun and relaxing. Condo did not disappoint. All we were looking for in a beach retreat. Already have reservations for May and looking forward to return visit. Thanks to host and hostess for bakery treat left for us and for making the whole process a really good experience from start to finish. We really appreciate the way you do things.

Wedding Weekend at Litchfield By The Sea

We loved our weekend at Newell's condo. It was extremely clean and well-appointed. Decorations were lovely and we felt very cozy there. It was steps away from the best pool at Litchfield By The Sea and a quick walk to the ocean front. The host was extremely responsive when we had a question. We are keeping the address close so we can visit again!

Rest & Relaxation

This property was perfect for our getaway. The condo was exceptional, the grounds were manicured well and it was very quiet. I definitely recommend this unit for a family or a personal time away. It is definitely 5 STARS.

So Much To Love!

This condo is situated in a prime spot with access to the pool and the beach. It’s beautifully decorated and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with all you need. The owners communicated with us beforehand and during our stay. They left a gift card for us upon our arrival for a local bakery/market, which was such a special touch! You can tell their condo is special to them and they desire others to enjoy it. Thank you for a wonderful stay! We’ll definitely stay again!

Wonderful Experience

The condo was just as pictured, clean and neat. Very accommodating. My kids loved the games and books available in their room. We loved the downstairs owners closet that had additional beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc. The owners have really done a good job at making it easy and comfortable. Thank you!
