The stay was excellent, with a clean and well-maintained environment. The hot tub was a wonderful addition, ideal after a long hike. The vacation rental was equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, and the customer service was outstanding. We extended our stay by an additional night, which was very easy to arrange. We appreciated being able to bring our pet along. The property is conveniently located near many trails and shops, offering a cozy and comfortable atmosphere. Overall, I felt very much at home.

Great duplex. Clean, set up for all ages. Easy access to all things black hill, but also great spot for “staycation”. Would definitely rent here again.

Our group comes to the Black Hills and we ride Side by Sides at least twice a year. We love these homes at Powder House Pass. the location is great for us. This home went above and beyond with "Pet Friendly". The area doesn't really have grass, so they put fake grass area out and there was an extra leash and water bowl in the garage. We didn't need these things but appreciate the thoughtfulness. The kitchen is stocked with the cooking essentials. We had plenty of room to park the 3 trailers we had.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our time here!! Loved having two living spaces! The hot tub was great! A great location to Terry Peak ski area! House was nice and perfect for our getaway!

Great Location and Wonderful Rental!

My family stayed here for a Terry Peak ski trip. Very clean and nice amenities. My kids loved the hot tub. Plenty of space and the heated garage was awesome. Close drive to Terry Peak, the city of Lead, and Deadwood. I would highly recommend this rental and property owner!

Really nice house with all the amenities you could need

Booked for a sxs trip with family. Lots of room to park trailers and rwo huge garages to store equipment or vehicles. The community pool area was nice with firepits to sit by while the kids are swimming. Location was great.

Great stay

We had a great stay. It had all the things we needed for our stay. Was nice we could bring our pets with us. Parking in the back made it easy for us going on our adventures. From the back you can see terrys peak. Great views and times at Embers Gulch 4.

Multi-generational family stay

Multi-generational family stay in Blk Hills for Intermittent of a parent at the Black Hills National Cemetery. This was a perfect place for everyone to stay together, relax and visit. Nice location in a beautiful development. Property is nicely laid out and very comfortable. Everything is in easy driving distances.

Close to the trails!

We were very happy with the duplex we stayed in. Right off the snowmobile trail! There weren’t any issues with our stay. Communication with the owners was easy and a quick response we were had questions on our arrival.

Great Memories

The property exceeded our expectations. Very clean and spacious, comfortable beds and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathrooms. Nice double garage in a quiet neighborhood. We had a day of UTV trails and got dirty so it was nice to have the washer and dryer for our clothes. We are already planning for our next stay.

Family Trip

My family was looking for a house that could accommodate 21 people. We booked this stay early 2024, and got both duplex’s. Easy booking, we ended up only having 19 people come and it was perfect! The side of the duplex I was on, there are 2 living rooms, great kitchen, good amount of utensils. Very clean, great location to winter sports, and great area. Lots of communication, easy access to the home, lots of space.

Family snowboarding trip

Excellent house! Incredibly clean and brand new. Well stocked house and kitchen with an outdoor gas grill. Everything worked perfect. It was so nice to pull into a heated garage in the winter! The clubhouse was so much fun also. Shuffle board was a big hit! The hot tub at the house is very nice and hot in good working order. Thank you for for the stay!!!
