Sleepy Hollow Cabin with hot tub located in Powder House Pass

This newly built cabin is located in a master-planned community in Powder House Pass, in Lead, SD. Cabin is just minutes away from Terry Peak Ski area a nd Historic Deadwood. "Off the Beaten Path, on a Paved Road", is the motto for this easy-access community that includes entrance to the Michelson Trail, snowmobile trails, and ATV trails. This cabin is perfect for large groups or families, looking to spend time together and enjoy the outdoors. All roads are paved. The cabin is spacious 4 bedroom/2bath with large windows overlooking beautiful aspen trees in the backyard with double attached heated garage. The cabin has a large hot tub, large covered deck with patio furniture, back patio with propane fire pit. All occupants have access to community club house with year around a heated pool, pool table, and outdoor propane fire pits. ATV rentals close by! Cabin is located just minutes from Deadwood/lead, Terry Peak, Michelson Trail, snowmobile trails, and ATV trails. You are able to ride snowmobiles and ATV from the cabin. Plenty of parking for trailers.

This was a wonderful house, the host was very easy to work with and accommodated a last minute additional day added to our stay. The only reason I did not give a 5 star rating is the lower/ground level was very cold. This is where one of the bedrooms plus the bunk room is located.

This is an excellent property for larger groups. The kitchen is spacious and nice. The one downfall is that the only entry is through the garage or a door in the back.

Our favorite VRBO in Lead! Wes & Darin are incredible hosts. They are very responsive, friendly and welcoming. We have stayed at this house 2 years in a row now and will make a point to be back again! House was clean, plenty of towels, garbage bags, kitchen soap and dishwasher tablets, everyone had enough room to roam. Beds were comfortable, kids can play outside safely. Bunkhouse room for the kids worked out great. Thank you Wes & Darin, we're already looking forward to our next trip back!

Stayed here during Kool Deadwood Nights and it was a great property with easy access to all activities. The house was clean and adequately stocked. The owners were easy to contact and accommadated a few requests we had like using the garage and a 2 hr late checkout. We would stay here again.

Nice vacation

We had 10 people in our group. We all had plenty of room, kids loved the pool. First time staying in a house for vacation and would definitely stay here again!

Cabin was clean and easy to access. The last guests had left the garbage can full inside the garage. We hauled to the end of driveway. The main floor shower head was about ready to fall off so I tightened back on.

Wonderful Place to Stay

The house was as advertised. The property was very clean and convenient to local areas. It felt like home away from home. I am planing another trip next year and will book again if this property is available. There will be no need in looking for anything more.

Great house!

We loved the decked off the living room. Beds were very comfortable. Funny question but the double beds off the living room do you know what brand those beds are? Guy that slept in there loves the bed.
