Updated 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom cottage in downtown Blowing Rock. Tucked back on a wooded, quiet street but close to everything! Seasonal rental - why book for the weekend when you can book for the whole season? Leave your gear and come up as often as possible. Skiing in the winter, biking & horse back riding in the summer, Thanksgiving, Christmas, & New Years or even the entire App State football season in the fall!
Great outdoor space including a newly built deck with lounge area, outdoor dining, grill & mini fridge that steps down to a beautiful courtyard with fire pit and kid's play set.
Three large bedrooms
-Primary King suite with luxury master bathroom
-Second King suite with full bathroom shower/tub combo
-Third bedroom with a Queen + Twin as well as a desk for office space
Both the second king room and the queen/twin room have desks, two perfect and separate "home offices". Ever wonder what living in the mountains would be like? Here's your chance to try it for a season!

Location, location, location! Running down the back of this house is a shaded, gravel drive that takes you right to Main Street of downtown Blowing Rock. A peaceful stroll through the mountain laurels takes you straight to popular restaurants, amazing new kid's park, tennis, pickleball & basketball courts, boutique shopping, live music, hiking and even a brewery!
