Guest will have access to entire house. Big gravel driveway that can accommodate 10 cars. 4 cars are included in the price. 6 more can be added with $10 extra per car.

Any guest above 6 years of age needs a community badge. We will provide 10 community amenities badges. Anything above 10, renters have to pay $5 extra per badge.
