Cape Cod Vacation in style! Close to Main Street & Beautiful Beaches

We affectionately call this house 'The Falmouth Local,' as it sits in the heart of beautiful Falmouth, within short walking distance to the quaint Main Street shops, delectable restaurants, fish markets, entertainment like bowling and axe-throwing (!), and is a short drive to Woods Hole and many of the Cape's most breathtaking beaches along the coast. Views of Martha's Vineyard on a clear day abound, and if you're into island hopping, the ferry is only a stone's throw!
The house sits on a generous corner lot with lots of outdoor space, and sunny, private hangout spots. The brand new kitchen is the heart of the home and connects to comfortable & modern living spaces, where you can cozy up with a book or lounge together. The location and character of this property make it an enjoyable destination for visitors year-round! First floor laundry room and one of two full baths are located right off the entry for convenience.
Relax and unwind on the new patio or around the fire-pit after a day at the beach. Scurry across the street to Cape Cod Bagel when the first wafts of delicious bagels fill the air in the morning. Or venture over to the Shining Sea bikeway to get some exercise or take a leisurely ride on the extensive bike paths that connect to North and West Falmouth, all the way down to Woods Hole.
We've taken extra care to ensure you'll have a comfortable stay and feel like you are truly on vacation while you're here. The house has been completely updated with all new bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, laundry and living spaces. We've selected high-end linens, luxury mattresses and furnishings throughout the house to elevate your vacation stay and make sure you are comfortable! We also ensure the house is at its best for your family through professional cleaning services after each booking.

Lovely property with ample.space for groups to hang out around the kitchen table, in the living room, or outside. Comfortable bedrooms, including spaces for kids. We appreciated how close we were to some good restaurants, downtown shopping, and the ferry to Martha's Vi.

Annual girls trip and this property was perfect. The yard is lovely, we enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings, loved being able to walk downtown and were all very comfortable. Host is super responsive to any issues, thank you!

Excellent location and well appointed!

Multi-Gen family get together. Daughter/SIL and toddler came from Boston and we traveled from Long Island NY. Very modern and well appointed home for all. We even had one very well mannered dog! The house is very conveniently located to Main Street Falmouth, Woods Hole. Had the weather cooperated we would have taken full advantage of the fire pit, grill and outdoor shower!!! Loved Cape Cod Bagels right around the corner!!! We will be back!!!

Family Friendly House, Great Location!

We had a wonderful week here with our 3 year old, 1 year old, and dog. The house is exactly as pictured, so clean and well decorated, really comfortable beds and the kitchen had everything we needed and more. For parents - there was a pack and play, kids utensils/dishware, and toys in the shed that my children enjoyed playing with; their favorite part was the Nugget pillows in their bedroom! The location was wonderful, very easy to drive to Main Street, beaches (we went to Old Silver Beach the most) and nearby stores. The house is very close to a busy street; while the noise didn't bother us, it was a little uncomfortable to walk on the sidewalks there with our dog. Anika, the owner, was very responsive to questions before our trip, and the check-in process was super easy. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend!

Clean and spacious

We stayed at this beautiful house for my husband's birthday, we have so much fun! The house had all we need, the kitchen and dining room were our favorite place, also we enjoyed the fireplace, I highly recommended this beautiful place.

Great Place to Stay

The home clean and comfortable and had more than enough kitchen utensils and equipment. We had everything we needed. I do recommend getting rid of the awkward looking sofa to the left of the leather sofa and replacing it with a more comfortable loveseat that seats at least 2 people. As all of my group is over 65, I'd also recommend adding some portable foot stools for elderly comfort.

The Falmouth Local

Just spent a week in Falmouth with my wife, 3 adult children and son-in-law. All the amenities (linens, kitchen equipment, outdoor furniture, etc) were top notch! The property is large and easily accommodated an extended family gathering including a nice spot for a family photo. When we booked I was a little concerned about the distance to the beach compared to the others in our extended group. However, by purchasing a beach parking permit, our location turned out to be the best of all. We used the nearby bike trail every day to visit Woods Hole and see the beautiful views along the way. We walked to downtown Falmouth several times to shop and enjoy the restaurants and ice cream of course! Our host, Anika, was easy to work with and highly responsive. My family is unanimous in wanting to stay at this property again!

Best VRBO Stay Ever

We've never stayed at a VRBO where more attention was given to detail. Everything, from comfort to style, to the smallest details where so well thought through. First of all, the home is beautiful; sparkling clean; and designed in a way that, in our case, two parents with a baby and a two year old basically had their own suite, with an attached room for the kids; then we had another large master with a sofa (both rooms have tv's); and our teenage daughter had a good sized room downstairs. The kitchen and laundry room have everything you need. The owners even supply laundry detergent, paper towels, hand soap at every sink, a blow dryer... I could go on and on about this type of attention to detail. The outside has a beautiful patio with exceptionally comfortable seating, an umbrella, plus a picnic style table. The fire pit is fabulous and there was wood available. We loved sitting around a fire at night making s'mores. There were two bikes available, plus a kids tricycle and a bike path basically across the street (bring your own helmets). We took the bike path in two directions, once for a day at the beach and once into a little town for lunch. We were surrounded with options for good food in Falmouth (there are recommendations supplied when you get there). There is easy access to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. We contacted the owners twice with questions and they responded ASAP and were so nice! I couldn't recommend this place more!

Beautiful House! Fun Time!

The house was recently renovated throughout and looks beautiful! It's nicely decorated and fully stocked with all new kitchen supplies and glassware. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and there were plenty of towels. We were greeted with a nice welcome basket and Anika was super helpful prior to our arrival and quickly responsive during our stay when we accidentally locked ourselves out. I will definitely try to stay here again, the next time I'm in Falmouth! For any curlers out there, this is a great location, less than a mile from the Cape Cod Curling Club and across from the Cape Cod Bagel Cafe. ;-)
