Our Cozy Craftsman apartment - The Treehouse - is located 10 minutes from downtown Denver in a quiet, family neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults. Nestled between Addenbrooke and Belmar Parks, we are a short walk to food and culture and 18 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We are about 75 minutes from Breckenridge. Two sleeping spaces: Master Bedroom with king bed. Second sleeping space is Queen Murphey bed in Livingroom.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed here because it was convenient to Red Rocks. We were very pleased at the cleanliness and amenities. The owners thought of everything and you can tell how much they care. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to again soon.

The Treehouse

We rented "The Treehouse" for a month and it was a perfect property for us. Well appointed, great location and a helpful host. We are retired and wanted to spend time in the Denver area. This property fit the bill.It is located between 2 beautiful parks and easy access to the Denver metro area.

The treehouse is perfect

Very well stocked and furnished. Apt is clean, quiet location, nice neighborhood. Close to lots of shopping and eatieries. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable stay

Danielle and Mark were wonderful hosts. The home was as pictured. Clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again if ever in the area.

Beautiful apartment near mountains

Fabulous, clean, quiet and comfortable. Nice neighborhood very close to mountains and easy commute from airport. Close to all amenities but peaceful location

Perfect stay

This apartment was perfect for our stay - clean with all the amenities we needed. The location was great - short drives to Denver, Golden, and Red Rocks. Danielle was easy to communicate with and so helpful. We have already recommended this property to friends and family who may be traveling in the future.

Denver Treehouse

The listing was very accurate and even though it is on the same property as the owner it felt like we were miles away. Plenty of privacy and very clean and well kept. Extremely close to Red Rocks. I will definitely stay here next time I am in Denver.

Perfect Accommodations for Red Rocks

Everything went smoothly and the property was VERT NICE! Lots of extras to ensure we were comfortable and safe! 15 minutes from Red Rocks - concerts and hiking. Quiet neighborhood. We stay there again!

Exactly as expected with welcoming host

My husband and I were thrilled with our accommodations and Danielle's hospitality. The Treehouse's location was ideal as we were exploring CO in different directions each day. We particularly enjoyed being in a residential neighborhood in lieu of a hotel by the highway.

Red rocks getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at The Treehouse! The details of the space were on point. I loved the kitchen and bathroom design. The private entrance and stairwell was so well thought out. 100% recommend. Easy drive to Red rocks and Dinosaur Ridge.

Beautiful stay

We came to go to the concert at Red Rocks and the location is perfect. Nice quiet neighborhood that had trails very nearby. Easy commute from airport. The “tree top” suite was gorgeous and very comfortable. Thanks !!

Best Place to Stay

This is a beautiful space. Probably the best rental we've ever stayed at. From excellent host greeting/check-in & responsiveness, to decor, view, location, huge 2-headed shower, comfy king bed, privacy, instructions, and amenities. The “treehouse” was a perfect location for a concert at red rocks! We took a short day trip to Evergreen as well! The bed was very comfortable, kitchen had everything you could need, bathroom is gorgeous and the hosts were extremely welcoming! We would love to stay here again next time we’re in the area! My husband and I recently visited the Denver area to visit our daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Danielle’s place is so comfortable, clean, homey, and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is as well equipped as mine at home. There are basic pantry items that you are welcome to use. I really appreciated the coffee. Paper products, cleaning supplies and bath products were there for our use. It was just a level above most other places. I hope to stay again when visiting Colorado. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Quaint little treehouse

This space was absolutely wonderful. Light, bright, and airy. The kitchen was fully stocked and the beds were SUPER comfortable. And that bathtub was a dream! It did not feel like we were in a garage apartment at all! It was so lovely and quiet. Danielle was quick to respond to all of my questions. I would 100% stay here again and hope I get the chance to! Thanks for a wonderful girls weekend!!
