Our Cozy Craftsman apartment - The Treehouse - is located 10 minutes from downtown Denver in a quiet, family neighborhood. Sleeps 4 adults. Nestled between Addenbrooke and Belmar Parks, we are a short walk to food and culture and 18 minutes to Red Rocks Amphitheatre. We are about 75 minutes from Breckenridge. Two sleeping spaces: Master Bedroom with king bed. Second sleeping space is Queen Murphey bed in Livingroom.

This was our 2nd stay this year at Cozy Craftsman. It's everything we need in a home away from home. The privacy is very good, as is the location. If you want to drive up to the mountains or hang out on the west side, it's perfect, but it's also not far to drive into Denver. We cooked and heated up the food we brought with us so we could spend more private time as a family, while also going to ChristKindl Mart and Meow Wolf, and walking in the nearby park and Golden Gate State Park.

This property was beautiful. It was spacious, and in particular, the full kitchen and bathroom were great. I loved the open floor plan and the king bed and Murphy bed were both comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the proximity to stores, the mountains, downtown and restaurants was excellent.

We stayed at the Treehouse for a show at Red Rocks and spent some extra time checking out the Denver area. The Good:It is a beautiful above garage apartment in a nicer suburban neighborhood. You can see the mountains in the distance as you drive to this property. The backdrop is really beautiful. The apartment is attached to the main home. I didn’t realize that when we initially booked but it wasn’t a big deal. It is a private entrance/exit and space. It is not shared with the owners but they are on premises. The space is generous and beautiful for a couple or a small family. It is close to many stores Whole Foods, Target and Sprouts to name a few. There is an upper scale shopping area close as well. What could be improved:This is person to person specific but we found the mattress to be a bit firm for us as side sleepers. The pillows are on the thinner side and provided little support. Very subjective as some might enjoy a firmer mattress. We very much enjoyed our stay and appreciated the cleanliness. Also the guest book with notes from everyone that has stayed was super fun.

Pull the trigger on this one!

Clean and spacious for two, this place has everything you need for a successful stay in the Denver area. Confident to everything you want to do in the mountains,it’s a short drive to Golden, Red Rocks and even Boulder. Easy check in and out. Great communication with the hosts. We will be staying here again!

Perfect Vacation Stay!

This apartment is attached to the host's house above their garage. It has a private entrance on the side. The treehouse apartment is larger than it apears in the photos and we always felt like we had plenty of privacy. The property is outside of the busy city area but still central enough to hit all the popular spots we wanted to visit during our stay. Easy parking, very clean, and the host had excellent communication throughout our stay. We will definitely consider staying here again during our next visit to the Denver area!

We’ll be back!

Great location, near parks, Target, Whole Foods, a movie theater. The kitchen is well-stocked, the bed is super comfortable. Did I mention the bathroom? Just a perfect shower/tub room. High ceilings throughout make this space feel light and airy. We will definitely stay here again whenever we’re in Denver/Lakewood.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed here because it was convenient to Red Rocks. We were very pleased at the cleanliness and amenities. The owners thought of everything and you can tell how much they care. Highly recommend staying here and we hope to again soon.

The Treehouse

We rented "The Treehouse" for a month and it was a perfect property for us. Well appointed, great location and a helpful host. We are retired and wanted to spend time in the Denver area. This property fit the bill.It is located between 2 beautiful parks and easy access to the Denver metro area.

My husband and I recently visited the Denver area to visit our daughter. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Danielle’s place is so comfortable, clean, homey, and well stocked with everything you need. The kitchen is as well equipped as mine at home. There are basic pantry items that you are welcome to use. I really appreciated the coffee. Paper products, cleaning supplies and bath products were there for our use. It was just a level above most other places. I hope to stay again when visiting Colorado. Do not hesitate to stay here.

Best Place to Stay

This is a beautiful space. Probably the best rental we've ever stayed at. From excellent host greeting/check-in & responsiveness, to decor, view, location, huge 2-headed shower, comfy king bed, privacy, instructions, and amenities.
