Very nice property inside and out. Outdoor area very nice and extremely well equipped. With our schedule we didn’t have time to cook outside but you could cook and serve for a good sized group right there at the gazebo. We did use the swim spa one night and that was nice. Good location with quick access to interstates. Property was spotless and well equipped, check in and check out was very simple. Would stay here again.

Norma was such an amazing host! The place was beautiful and had everything we needed and more. Norma went above and beyond to check in to make sure everything was OK and to give me privacy when enjoying the hot tub. It was the nicest place I've stayed and the best experience overall. I would definitely stay here again if available when I come back. Thank you Norma!

Property was so perfectly clean! The beds were amazingly comfortable. The space was generous for our family of 4. The outdoor area was a nice added perk including the swim spa. Norma was great with communication; and she allowed us to check in a little early which was so helpful as we had a busy afternoon/evening upon arrival.

The apartment was very private and extremely well decorated. Excellent kitchen with modern bathrooms and rainfall showers. Lot of space. The host had us set up with coffee, beer and snacks when we arrived. She communicated with us and replied instantly to any messages. We were so busy we didn't get to the hot tub (probably holds 20 people) or outdoor kitchen and grill. Everyone agreed it was perfect.

I will start off with the good things about the property. It was very clean with modern furnishings. The outdoor area was fantastic with the swim spa and grilling area. The rain showers in the bathrooms are a nice touch. There were many negatives from my stay. First off, I knew this was an owner occupied home and expected to hear some noise from them. But what I did not expect was to be able to hear every chair being drug across the floor or every footstep above us or being able to hear them speaking like they were in the basement with us. Also a screaming baby mixed in every now and then. It is very loud! Secondly, there is no control over the air conditioning from the apartment and there are not any ceiling fans. When I complained about it being warm the host did agree to turn down the AC but it did not kick on at all the first night and I had to ask again the next day. I also asked for a couple fans to help with the temperature but only received one after having to ask multiple times. Also, there was not a screen on the master bedroom window so I could not open it to cool down at night. Thirdly, the sinks in the master bathroom are touchless and make it difficult to even get them to turn on or run for any amount of time. Fourthly, there was zero cellphone service in the basement and their WIFI is not great either. The host Norma was responsive when I had questions or problems but I would not choose to stay here again. If you want peace and quiet this is not the place.

Host is an excellent communicator. The property inside and out is exceptional and as pictured. Well stocked kitchen for the cook. Nice touches such as the good linens and bedding, everything is labeled. It worked perfectly for our family visit.

Norma was very responsive. The house was beautiful, in a quiet neighborhood, and very clean. The beds were comfortable. The size was great for a small to medium family to spread out. Shelving in the closets was really great for unpacking. The location was excellent for visiting places like the state capital, meow wolf, red rock amphitheater and a great little community lake called Soda Lake. The only possible downfalls would be if someone in your party has accessibility concerns, the stairs at entry would be tricky. Also the cover on the spa would be hard for one adult to move on their own. Also, just be aware that there isn’t an oven inside, but there are many other cooking options inside and out . I would stay again.
