Park Place Cottage

Upon entering the gate you follow the brick path to the BBQ Patio & enter the house through the front porch. The kitchen is great for immediate access to unload your groceries & full bathroom if you need to refresh after your long journey. The dining room & Great Room with wood burning fireplace gives a cozy feeling that you will have during your entire stay. Inside the French doors you will find a bedroom with Double bed & designated office space. Off the dining room you will find the Sun Room with access to the huge deck. The backyard has a bonfire pit stocked with wood for your enjoyment. We ask that you follow the laws when burning restrictions are in effect.
The upper cottage level has a large full bathroom with access to the walk-in closet and master bedroom with a Queen bed. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with another designated office space. The 3rd bedroom has 3 Twin beds for the children... or singles that don't want to share. The loft area has a Futon with linens provided for up to 2 people. The sliding doors go out onto the Viewing Balcony. Bistro tables & chairs provide another vignette where you can sit and have coffee while taking in the beautiful private view.

Children are welcome here... 2 high chairs, Pack-n-Play, Arm's Reach Co-Sleeper Bassinette & Baby Gate available for your use on premises. The BBQ Patio area is fully fenced so children stay safe from the driveway or street.

Guests have complete & private access to 1700 sq. ft. on the main and upper levels of the cottage. The basement area is not currently available for your use.

Other things to note: A game table, board games, puzzles, coloring books, lap blankets, etc., are available for your use.

PARK PLACE COTTAGE WELCOME BOOK will have house rules, as well as maps and a seasonal section for golf courses, wineries, restaurants, and other recreational options. Enjoy your stay!
