Great two bedroom two bathroom with Hot Tub and full laundry. Close to historic downtown Winters. Great rear yard with peaceful views of orchards. Great for relaxing after a long day of spending time on Putah Creek, Lake Berryessa, or after a wedding. Downtown Winters is a special place with great food, brewery's, live music.

“We have two actively recording cameras on the property, both record video and audio. One is the front doorbell overlooking the front door approach, the other is overlooking the rear yard. All devices are on the exterior of the property. ” These are not actively monitored but are used to ensure there are not more guests than allowed, to ensure that there are no events or parties on the property, and to see what is happing in case of a complaint from neighbors or the Winters police department.

This property was absolutely gorgeous and met all expectations just as described. Patrick was a very kind and responsive host.We were in town for a family wedding, and we couldn’t have imagined a finer stay than in this lovely and beautifully appointed home.

Just beautiful

Small town feel with great dining opportunities the house was in a perfect location walking to dinner. Great biking out the door. And the house was perfect.

This is a great property within easy walking distance of downtown Winters. The kitchen is extremely well-equipped. The two bedrooms are very comfortable. Highlight of the trip: sitting in the hot tub and watching the wild turkeys on the other side of Dry Creek.Our favorite restaurants are the Buckhorn for dinner and Putah Creek Cafe for breakfast (although they also serve excellent lunch and dinner). Steady Eddy's is a must for coffee in the morning. Don't forget to stop by the Winters Historical Museum for free cookies and excellent displays about early settlers and the now underwater town of Monticello. If you ask nicely, printer Charley Wallace will show you the antique presses that he still uses to create unique engraved wedding invitations. A great walk is the path along Putah Creek (start at the Community Center).

the design of the house is thoughtful and beautifully furnished. it's a great location for walks and close to everything in downtown. our dogs loved the large backyard! and patrick was super quick to respond and very available. the house was extremely clean when we arrived. it truly lives up to its exceptional rating!!!
