Your charming Davis getaway is here. This cozy retreat is perfect for families or friends looking for a tranquil home away from home. Whether you're working remotely, relaxing in the living room, or cooking in the fully equipped kitchen, this house has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Sleep comfortably in 3 bedrooms with 2 queen beds, and a Murphy twin bunk bed. Larger groups are welcome, with additional sleeping on a queen pull out sofa and trundle bed. Enjoy the convenience of two full bathrooms, flexible work spaces, and rooms configurable to many needs. The outdoor space is an host’s dream, equipped with area lights, a patio table, Adirondack chairs, and a propane grill.

This is one of the better vrbo we’ve stayed at - has what we needed and felt homey without too much or too little. Nice quiet neighborhood while being close enough to Davis downtown and UC Davis.

We booked this home for a few of our staff coming into town for a 3 day staff retreat and it was perfect. The place was very clean and well appointed. We were able to have a quiet place to rest at night and it was convenient to get to all kinds of places in Davis. Check in and check out were both easy and Brooke was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend!

This was the perfect place for a family meet-up! There was plenty of space for our over-nighter and it was perfectly relaxing and cozy for some time to catch up with my nieces. UCDavis was just a quick drive away for our son’s show. And we probably could have walked there if we had more time.

This house was PERFECT for our friends/family get together! It was in a great location for us to run to the store, and pop by local restaurants that we'd been missing since college! Wasn't a bad uber ride to/from the Sac airport and the DoCo area either! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Picnic Day Weekend

We love the house! It was very comfortable and close to UC Davis. We enjoyed walking around the lovely neighborhood; everyone's yards were full of beautiful Spring flowers. This house was perfect for our needs!

Great Base for graduation

This property was great for our family for Davis Veterinary School Graduation. There was plenty of room for family members, kitchen was well stocked, fenced front and back yard and quiet, walkable neighborhood. The location was great - easy to get to with access from Hwy 113 and convenient to Trader Joes or Safeway for groceries. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable, plenty of linens and towels and the extra parking sticker for street parking was helpful.

Ladies retreat

What a wonderful space to celebrate my mother's 80th year. A visit to her former college town for an art and garden tour. The space met our needs in every way. Plenty of beautifully lit and decorated communal spaces for a group of 8 to comfortably enjoy. It was wonderful to have so many live plants in the house. The check in process was easy and check out was a breeze with minimal requirements. The Vrbo listing times were an hour earlier than those given by the host but that meant it was an hour later at check out. The host was local and easy to contact if needed.
