This million-dollar pool home (a ranch with no steps to make it easily navigable) close to the water was designed by renowned Hawaiian architect Hart Wood. Mid-century modern in style, it received many improvements over the years.

Spacious living both inside and out (4660 square feet of total living space) in the heart of beautiful Sarasota, close to everything! This charming home offers 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, a well-equipped kitchen and ample seating for entertaining friends and family. Enjoy your sunny days in the private back yard, swim laps in the heated pool, and relax within the covered screened lanai. Your furry family members will love the fenced back yard (and doggie door!)

Having Sarasota Bay and Sun Circle Park so close means you’ll witness the most amazing sunsets while activities such as kayaking, paddle boarding and fishing are right in front of you. Smaller visitors can play on the swings on the playground or rest on a bench while looking for dolphins and manatees.

Cultural amenities include Sarasota’s premier arts organizations: the Ringling Museum, Asolo Theatre, Sarasota Ballet, and Jungle Gardens, all within walking distance. Within three miles is Sarasota Orchestra, the Van Wezel Performing Art Center and downtown Sarasota. Beautiful St. Armand’s Circle and Lido Beach are within 6 miles…and you will be 5 minutes to Sarasota Airport.

A wonderful month in Sarasota.

Home was exactly as described. Clean & comfortable. Lovely landscaping. Quiet neighborhood located a very short walk to Sarasota Bay - a perfect spot for sunset viewing. Short drive to beaches & downtown. Denise was a great host. We’d definitely go back.

Excellent location, house, and owner communication

Stay at this place if you can...the cleanliness and the location are 10 out of 10. The communication with the owner is a 10 out of 10. Stayed here 1.5 months and it was excellent.

A Perfect Getaway

The hosts for this location were incredibly accommodating and nice. The backyard pool keeps you cool during the intense Florida heat. The location is fantastic and is only a short drive from some of the best dining establishments you could hope to enjoy. This home is the perfect getaway and you will not be disappointed.

My family and I thank the property owners for the most wonderful and restful time at their home. We all loved this comfortable and beautiful home that was extremely well equipped and organized. Sarasota Dream

This house is Amazing. Denise and Irwin are the perfect hosts. There is no detail they have not thought of! The neighborhood is quiet and a short walk to the bay. Location is very convenient. Walking distance to the Ringling Museum and a short drive to downtown Sarasota and Lido Beach. We had a great stay and will definitely be back.

We have lived within the Indian Beach Sapphire Shores community since 2016 and can't imagine living anywhere else. In fact, we love it so much we bought this home to help preserve the old Florida charm that this property exudes. You won't want to leave either. And we will be close by, should you need us during your stay.

Mid-century modern style with modern comforts. Meticulously maintained, this unique home has character not found in new builds. Beautiful original custom screen door, interior custom wood sliding doors and room dividers, fully restored terrazzo floors, and vaulted ceilings separate this home from any other. Along with the improvements made over the years, you will find it lives large with much outdoor space. There is plenty of room to do whatever brings you joy.
