Amazing Experience

Had an amazing stay for a week here. Will definitely be coming back. Pool was a HUGE hit. House was beautiful. Location is a bit of a drive (30 minutes or so) to siesta key. For a week stay, we had to purchase our own garbage bags and dishwasher stuff. They provided 3 trash bags, 3 dishwasher tabs, 3 washer tabs and an extra roll of toilet paper. Not an issue whatsoever, Just stating for other families. It does state that there are cameras outside however, I didn’t realize how many. I understood for safety reasons, just made me feel like I was being watched 24/7. There are two just in the lanai/pool area. Overall had an amazing stay. Didn’t have any issues. Would HIGHLY recommend!

This was our 2nd stay at this wonderful pool home. We live locally and have rented twice for a staycation with family who are also local. Check-in and check-out are both easy. The pool/hot tub are wonderful. We had ages 5-66 that got to enjoy both. Yes, the adults used the slide too! Even with the Florida heat, the lanai was comfortable with the fan going. The location is close to many restaurants, shopping, grocery shopping, Walmart and UTC for those who want to get out. We just enjoyed our entire stay in the pool playing with the kids. Beds are comfortable and water pressure in the showers is great. There is also an outside bathroom and shower which keeps people from having to go in the house to use the restroom. They kitchen is fully stocked with everything you could need as far as dishes and pans, including a large air fryer! I would say that it would be nice if returning customers could have a frequent flyer discount! We have also recommended this VRBO to friends/family who have people coming into town. Thanks again for helping us to continue to make wonderful memories with our family!

Great stay

This stay was amazing. Accurate to pictures and the hosts were responsive. We had plans all week and only wish I could’ve used the pool more. Would definitely book this again if I ever find myself in Sarasota again.

Great Home in a Quiet Beautiful Neighborhood

Quick Family Vacation

The house was perfect for what was needed. EVERYONE enjoyed the pool more so the pool slide!! Adults and kids. Everything was there that was needed and then some! We would definitely stay here again!

Outside needed work and lots of fix it projects. Dirty grill and out of date kitchen. Air conditioning unit in one bedroom using up a chair was strange. The remote for the pool and hot tub took a lot of figuring out.. coming home to the pool was good as living room was very dark.

This property everything advertised. Neighborhood quiet, well located to restaurants grocery etc. really close to airport. A bit further from beaches with traffic but the backyard pool paradise so worth it.

Perfect family house

The kids loved it. We opted to heat the pool for an extra charge and we were able to swim at night. We could barely pull the kids out! Plenty of linens and things for kids.

Birthday visit

We were celebrating my mom’s birthday and needed a home and outdoor space that would comfortably accommodate our family. We selected this home because of the pool and surrounding deck space. The kids (and adult) enjoyed the pool, slide, waterfall and hot tub. The home had everything that we needed to relax and celebrate

Great relaxing family friendly

We had a great time. The house was perfect for my family of 5 plus grandparents. Kids are 12, 10 & 8. They could have lived in the pool and hot tub. Had a minor set back figuring out how to heat the hot tub and pool. But we got responses right away and once it was figured out it was perfect!! Will definitely be looking at coming back next year!!

Very nice home with a great outdoor area

Stayed for a few days in 75 degree weather. Paid for outdoor pool heat and the pool got warm but the spa never really warmed up. Screened outdoor area is really nice.House is fine with everything you need. One of the bedrooms has a big window with no shade so get ready to be woken up early.Overall a really nice place for a good value.

Amazing pool home! Rent it, you will not be disappointed!

Wonderful home from the time you step through the front door. Beautiful neighborhood. Very easy access to the home with front door code access. No need to take beach towels, pool toys or floats, all are provided. We rented for a staycation with our adult children, ourselves and the grandchildren with an age range from 4-65. Kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans, cookie sheets you could want. There is even a cabinet with dishes, cups, eating utensils for toddlers including sippy cups. Ice maker in the freezer worked great. Had salt/pepper and some other items in the cabinet above the stove. Beds were very comfortable. Now, on to the pool. INCREDIBLE sums it up. All of us from 4-65 used the slide. It is fast and a blast!. Lots of pool toys/floats provided. We left our blow up basketball hoop/ball for other guests. Lots of lounge chairs for sunning. Grill worjed great, had t use a lighter to get it lit but not a big deal. We live locally and none of us have carpeted floors so it was such a treat to have carpeting in the home for sitting on the floor, playing games and watching tv after a day/evening of pool time. Plenty of parking available so no need to be concerned about no parking in the street rule. We went through the tropical storm during our stay. The neighborhood streets flooded but never got close to the house. Trust me when I say, this was an unusual amount of rain so I'm sure flooded streets are not the norm. Would definitely recommend this home!

Great FL Family Vacation

This was our first stay at this location, and we defiantly plan to rebook. The kids had a blast in the pool and so we did we! Was a great family vacation. House had a really good layout to accommodate the kids and us for the long weekend. Really enjoyed ourshelves.

The place was LEGIT

Now I will start off with all the good that this place has to offer. I will then share a few of the updates that could assist it to being the best place to rent. First was the amazing check in process. Code worked and we walked into a clean and well stocked house. We did buy and donate to the place a baking pan. Several spices were in the spice cabinet! yay!!! The layout of the house was good. The bedrooms had good space and closets were nice. The house was organized, and the back patio had a ton to offer. Grill, Fridge for drinks outside, multiple seating at the table or to catch some sun. The pool toys were used by our family the entire trip. The pool with the slide was a treat that was utilized every day by my family. Goodness the pool was just what we were looking for in a vacation rental. The beds were comfortable. The showers had amazing water pressure and instant hot water. Outdoor shower was nice after the beach day. The house has plenty of towels and pool towels. Again this house had a lot to offer!!! So thankful we picked this house. The kitchen was stocked with all the necessities, including some kid friendly items. We used the dishwasher multiple times. The laundry being in the garage wasn't so bad. Kinda cool. The communication with Debi was very lightning fast as the previous renters mentioned the Lanai lights not working. The maintenance guy stopped by to fix and chatting with him was pleasant. Could not fix on this day he visited. Not a huge deal. Things that need attention in my personal perspective. The gutters full of leaves makes for rain overflow to drip on covered patio. The House has trouble staying cool. There was a portable A/C unit in the guest bedroom which was a small help but the skylights let in so much sun the house stays warm. Might be an issue when you have a warmer Florida weather week. It cools nicely while the sun is down. So there is that. The TV was hooked up and we streamed most stuff because the local channel tv box remote was hard to get selections on the menu screen. Again not a big issue TV was Plenty big. 3-person couch had recliner option but were not in working order. Not a big issue either. Fortunately, most of our TV watching was brief. The outdoor bathroom was nice...however it was not fully enclosed leaving for a breeding airport for mosquitoes. Whoa the attacks were aggressive when heading to the outdoor potty. .... not to worry we utilized the indoor potty more times. I am super transparent here and none of this should be see as a complaint. It is more to get some things addressed to make this place the premier vacation rental. I hope to return to this house and If not this House I definitely plan to do more business with the property management team. WOW this experience had us feeling like we actually were on vacation. Oasis away from home

My kids (6yr & 12yr) were given 2 choices of either a beach front property or one with a slide, and they quickly chose this location for the "cool slide". Needless to say, it did NOT disappoint. The home was immaculate! The pool was sparkling clean as was the entire home, with the addition of the small things that really made a huge difference. Having a few soaps for the dishwasher and washing machine, paper towels and toilet paper, and not to mention books, games, backup towels and beach towels, plus beach stuff like a cooler, umbrella, and kids beach toys! We were very grateful for the use of all of these items (thank you again). After we went to the beach, we were able to drive right up the side and take a WARM shower to get all of the salt water and sand off using the exterior shower. THIS WAS AWESOME! The owner was VERY responsive to our needs, even going above and beyond when we needed assistance with something by sending out a wonderful woman to help us troubleshoot. Very accommodating! We were truly grateful, and will definitely be repeat customers. You cannot go wrong with this beautiful home, that is clearly tended to with love! Until next time!

Yep. You really rented this AMAZING house

Pulling up to this updated home in a quiet neighborhood was welcoming. So much to shop in just a few minutes away. Home is clean clean clean and updated. Outdoor lounge and epic pool made a no beach day not a problem. Kids ranging from 8-13 were occupied from dawn to late evening with this epic pool & slide. Management is swift to communicate and a pleasure to deal with. I reviewed many properties but kept coming back to this one. A true definition of the vacation home you and your family will love with an excellent location at a very fair rate.

Our stay was amazing. Didn’t want to leave, the biggest hit was the pool with the slide my kids loved it. The hot tube was amazing after a long day doing activities. Definitely will come back/
