My wife and I are passionate about hosting and taking care of our visitors. We have traveled around US and many places around the world so we know first hand what it is to be guest and what is needed to have a great experience.

• Sofa queen bed (72"L x 58"W) with upgraded gel memory foam mattress. Can sleep two children or 1 adult.
• TWO dedicated parking spaces.
• The Unit has a Den with a dedicated office space, desk and chair to work or study from home.
• 55 inches smart TV with free Amazon Prime streaming.
• Please use your personal account for other streaming apps such as Netflix and Hulu.
• The kitchen is fully stocked with a stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, pots and pans.
• The kitchen also has plates, cups, silverware, bottle and wine opener, cooking spoons, etc.
• Hairdryer in the bathroom and iron in the closet are both available.
• Two beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella are located in the bedroom closet.
