A Slice of Heaven on Earth!

2nd year in a row vacationing here for my husband & myself & this vacation was just as great as last year! This Kima condo is so clean, roomy & cozy; you literally feel very much at home here. The Madeira Beach area is so great; much to see & so. We will definitely be back again next year!

Beautiful spot

Clean, nice location. We love maderia beach and this property was wonderful. Got to see dolphins a few mornings and evenings from the balcony.

One of our best vacations ever!

This was one of the most updated, comfortable & cozy condos that we have ever stayed at! It has everything that you will need for your trip, including a very spacious balcony to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Madeira Beach is beautiful, so much to see & do. We will definitely be returning!

Million dollar view

Wonderful time and beyond beautiful view and location. The condo needs a few updates and had a few minor’ish issues with cleanliness, etc. That could be housecleaning?? I’d love to get time to contact the owner and give more specific details on how to get our book

The Kima - Great Condo - Perfect Location

Great condo. Clean, direct beachfront, well equipped, large lanai, perfect location. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again. TRS, the property managers were great. They delivered a hair dryer within an hour of me calling and were so friendly and helpful when I called about visitor parking. The only negative is that the pool was not heated even though the listing said it was, and it was quite cold. Also, you have to pick up and drop your keys at a different location which wasn't too difficult as the other location was only a mile away, but it would be easier if they had combination locks. Thank you to our host and TRS.

The carpet was dirty in living room when we arrived and there was a "brown" stain on outside front of toilet. VRBO rep was called and the "cleaning" crew came back and cleaned the place but the "brown" stain was still there that I had to clean myself. There were no working clocks in the condo. I had to go to the store and buy AA batteries and one still didn't read the correct time even after a new battery was put in it. The outlet behind the night stand in the master bedroom was loose and did not work. VRBO rep also stated they would have a maintenance person fix it but the outlet was still loose our entire stay which is a fire hazard.

Nice room

The rooms were nice and great location but had problems with main TV for whole week. Repair man came.out and got it working but stopped working a day after. Also the floor was very dirty and not clean nor mopped. Had to wear socks or shoes. Checking in was great. I would stay near this location but maybe not Kima.
