Located 15 mins from Boyne Mountain, 15-20 mins from Petoskey and Boyne City. 5 mins from Walloon Lake beach. 30 mins from Lake Charlevoix. We look forward to hosting your vacation!

Very nice place! Super clean and cute- loved the pond in the back field. Very relaxing and Melissa thought of every detail to make sure we were comfortable!

Very cute and updated home. Super impressed with Melissa (host) and her prompt communication and check in after arrival. Clean home and comfy beds. Would definitely stay again!!

We absolutely adored this place. Everything about it was special and felt high-quality. We’ve rented a lot of short term rentals over the years and this is by far one of my top favorites. Can’t wait to return with our whole family for some rest and relaxation!

Simply Wonderful Place!

Everything about our experience was absolutely top notch - the house is very comfortable and beautifully updated. The property is fantastic - my son enjoyed fishing in the pond and we all loved the quiet, serene setting. It's in a great area to take advantage of all that the Boyne/Petoskey region has to offer - quick, easy trips to all kind of great destinations. Melissa is a fantastic, gracious hostess and her family has thought of everything to make a stay at their place just perfect. We definitely hope to return!

Cute house with great amenities including level 2 EV charging

Our stay was excellent. Spent the day at Avalanche Bay Indoor Waterpark (~15-20 minutes away), and then spent the night here (2 adults, 7 year old, and a 4 year old). House was clean. Kitchen seemed appropriately stocked. Washer and dryer worked. Level 2 EV charging was extremely helpful. Would highly recommend for a small family with an EV.

Just what we were looking for; a gem

We loved our stay. Many of us traveled from all over the country for a wedding in Michigan. The house was newly renovated with an open concept living room which was perfect for hanging out with many family members. Host was lovely and very communicative with questions we had on arrival/checkout etc.

Cozy, Comfortable Cabin

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay! The property was beautiful, and made us feel very comfortable. The back deck was very enjoyable this time of year. Our only regret is that we only stayed one evening.

Perfect house for a winter getaway

This house was great. Very clean, nicely decorated and felt like home. The kitchen/dining and living room has an open layout that is perfect for families. The bedrooms are adorable. We stayed during a snowstorm and were able to watch it from the back patio window. Huge outdoor area and our kids loved playing in the snow. The host was very responsive and we had no issues. Location was just 15 min to Boyne Mountain.

Quick color tour

Super cute, cozy place! Very clean and tidy. Would definitely choose this place again for our Up North adventures. We just love long drives just looking at all the beautiful colors when end of October hits

Great girls trip

Gorgeous home near Walloon/Petoskey

This house was perfect for our family. Spacious, clean, comfortable and relaxing. It sits on a small lake where my kiddos kayaked, swam and chased turtles. I sat by the fire drinking wine or coffee and enjoyed chocolates that Melissa had waiting for us. Her charcuterie board was impressive too! Beds felt like a cloud. I havent slept that well in a few months. Kids slept in too! Melissa had everything, no need to bring anything. She even had a lemon/lime squeezer and a cheese grater. Super host for sure! The community as a pool and golf course. Close to Walloon and Petoskey. Hiking trails and rv trails everywhere. It was a great weekend at Annie place.
