Went up for a quick ski with the family (6 in total), the house was perfect. It was right in the middle of anywhere we wanted to go. House was clean and we had no issues at all. Great communication with the owner. We would definitely go back!

Wonderfully located property. Convenient for base stay, as we saw several towns and villages nearby. Very clean and in a quiet safe neighborhood. Would recommend it to anyone.

Great home. Exactly as pictured and explained. Very quiet neighborhood. Clean and comfortable. Loved the Pac-Man!! 5 minutes to Mitchell and Lake streets for great restaurants. Will definitely come back again.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at this charming home in Petoskey. The house was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, creating a cozy and comfortable atmosphere from the moment we arrived. It provided plenty of sleeping space for our group, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The location was great, and everything we needed was readily available. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Perfect for a family with or without dogs

Great place dogs had big fenced in area. Comfortable very clean, even towels for the dogs. Lots of walking areas. Also Cormack deli has delicious food.

Peeks of the Bay

We really enjoyed our stay at Peaks of the Bay. The house is very clean and charming. We had everything we needed. We loved the location. It's very close to Petoskey and in the center of both Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. The East Park is directly across the street which is a great little park, especially for sunsets and morning walks. Sandy is very helpful and responsive. Book this gem of a house if you see it. We would love to visit again.

Beautiful Petoskey Home

The home was perfect for my family to stay in. While there were complications with power outages (out of the owners control) she communicated any issues immediately and kept us appraised with any updates and made sure we had everything we needed. Would recommend any family to book this house if you are staying in Petoksey.

Excellent Location

The location of this house makes it really easy to drive into Petoskey, Charlevoix, and even over to Harbor Springs. The house was very clean, had a nice glimpse of Lake Michigan from the living room, and is less than a minute from the lake shore itself at a park. The host manager was easy to contact, and we all really enjoyed our experience here. The back fenced in yard was great for our dogs to easily go out. The beds were more comfortable than most VRBO’s I’ve stayed at in the past. The neighborhood is clean and had friendly people living in it. Highly recommend staying here.

Great property, great location!

My daughter and I really enjoyed this property. Had everything we needed and provided a lot of space. Located in a very quiet neighborhood within a short drive of downtown Petoskey. We enjoyed the views of the bay and my daughter really enjoyed the PacMan arcade game!

Great location and quiet neighborhood

We always enjoy going to Petoskey. This is the first time we stayed at a VRBO property and it met all our needs. We were very comfortable and the owner gave us detailed instructions for checking in and out which made it easy. Definitely would stay here again the next time we visit the area.

Fantastic Getaway!

We had a wonderful trip to the Petoskey Area. The residence was very clean and orderly, with all the amenities of home. The house is set up nicely to spend time together in the common areas, but offers some privacy in the separate bedrooms. The location is very convenient as we were only a few minutes away from downtown Petoskey and also made it to Charlevoix and Harbor Springs. Would recommend to others and would love to visit again.
