Single level, w/wonderful fenced back yard w/fire pit, hot tub, lush landscape
Great house in sweet neighborhood. The layout and space are perfect for a vacation, alternate home during a remodel or for a remote work stay with dedicated office, private backyard, and a short drive to the lower Montecito Village, East Beach and Cabrillo Blvd’s restaurants, shops and Stearn's Wharf.

The yard is a sweet oasis with lemon and orange trees, hot tub, fire pit, dining deck, chaise lounges, hot tub and gas BBQ.

- The primary bedroom has a king, steps to an outdoor patio at the back of the parcel and boasts its own en-suite bath with shower and TV.

- The second bedroom has a king bed and steps to another private patio at the front of the parcel, also has its own TV. Shared bath with bunk bed room.

- The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and a twin on the top. It also has an expansive work-desk with keyboard and monitor and file storage. A small TV is provided as well.

Bedrooms two and three share a full bath with shower.

The living room is centrally located adjacent to the covered sun room, dining room and foyer. It provides guests with gas fireplace and TV. TV is run with YoutubeTV. Streaming includes: Netflix, Prime Video, HBOMax.

The kitchen is expansive and outfitted with a large collection of standard and unique cooking implements. Step to the outdoor dining area and gas BBQ from the kitchen door.

The entire home is on one level, with the exception of the Sun Room/Florida Room which has two steps down.

The Florida Room/Sun Room, can be closed off and private for sleeping on the sofa sleeper, or kept open to the living room for entertaining or a great place for the kids to enjoy their own space.

We had a wonderful time at Casa Ynez and got to enjoy fond memories with children. We slept comfortably and stayed toasty by the beautiful fireplace all the while having delicious meals we made at “home”

We weren’t at the house much. It did accommodate 5 adults and a 10 year old nicely. Quiet in the evenings. Neighbors take up the parking on the street.

Wonderful stay in this adorable house

My family and I had a lovely time at Tim’s house. The house was clean, spacious, comfortable for all of us including our pets to spend the best vacation time. Tim and Lynn were both super friendly.

House is beautiful and very clean

We had a nice time in spite of all the rain. So hanging out in the house was nice since it was raining all day one of the days. The neighborhood was quiet and no issues with it. The backyard was private and the sun room would have been great in warmer weather. However, we were charged a cleaning fee, so being asked to do our own laundry of towels and wash all dishes wasn't communicated before booking. And the hot tub was nice, but it was very dirty! Also, the wiring of the TV and stereo systems is confusing, even the young adults had trouble with it. The direction for how to use it didn't really jive with how it actually functioned. The TV turns on from a box in a closet and it also controls TVs in the bedrooms. But aside from those issues, it was a great rental. I'd recommend it, especially in warm weather.

Great stay!

Lynn was a great host. She responded fast to my questions and the house was exactly as the images show. The home was clean, well laid out, and the beds were very comfortable. We really enjoyed the private backyard and evening soaks in the hot tub. The location was perfect as it was a 20-min walk to Starbucks in Montecito a 5-min walk to the pickleball courts.

Super house with lots of amenities!

We very much enjoyed this house, in a quiet and convenient neighborhood - lovely yard with grass, trees, fire pit and hot tub! Very good layout and functional kitchen. Primary bath is small but everything is clean and was a perfect place to spend our holidays! Happy to be have our dog with us too!

Had a great stay!

Great house! Very nice outdoor space with grass, jacuzzi, fire pit and ping pong table. Very clean with comfortable beds. Close to the beach and easy parking. You do need to stay quiet which can be hard with our group of kids having fun but now we know, we had a great time and I would rent again!

Well Stocked Kitchen!

Our UCSB alum trip was so fun! We cooked every night and appreciated the well stocked kitchen, board games and ping pong table. This is an annual thing for us and this years’ house was one of our favorites. Would def stay here again.

Loved it

Our family of 8 stayed in this home for a week and loved it. Having a garage and additional driveway parking was great for the three cars. We enjoyed the backyard at night and sitting around the fire pit and eating and laughing. It was nice having two king beds because my dad and I are tall. We’d rent here again.

Nice place. Great backyard

We loved this place. It was clean, beds were comfortable and it’s close to Montecito and Miramar where the wedding was. Would stay again.
