Apt was perfect for myself friend. We needed two actual beds in different rooms and this was one of the few listings centrally located that had 2 beds. Great communication w/owner.A couple of notes: location is quiet and VERY safe feeling. right across from a grocery store and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The closest bakery closed for renovation midweek while we were there. Hopefully it reopens soon!To get to Notre Dame you walk straight for 15 minutes and you are there.Note on bathroom: The picture you see of the kitchen in the listing also shows the bathroom sink. It is a shower curtain that divides the bathroom from the kitchen. There is a sliding glass door to the toilet area but note it does not open all the way and is a TIGHT fit. I had to turn sideways to get in. The toilet would be inaccessible for a plus-sized person. The shower is larger than you will find in a lot of European places and the water pressure is good. All fine if you don't need much privacy.Bedrooms: you walk through one room (again a curtain) and then there is a pocket door to the back bedroom. So one bedroom has total privacy with a door. We were there in comfortable temperatures. I do not think there would be any air flow to the back bedroom in cold/hot temps. Metro: there are some close by, but never the ones we wanted. To go to Versailles or other stuff on the main east/west line you have to walk down near Notre Dame. Pompidou currently closed for renovations. Would stay again

Fantastic area

The area is wonderful. Superb location. Apartment itself was a little “tired” - it could use some updating. Thierry -property manager- was excellent.

Great location, helpful and attentive host.

The apartment was just the sightseeing hub we needed. The entry way was a bit dark but after getting used to the system, we were fine. The location was amazing and felt very safe. The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The host was so very helpful from the beginning to the end of our stay. Many thanks for all the recommendations to these first timers in Paris!

This was perfect for two adults and two children under 12 . Location was perfect and host provided all information needed well in advance and it was really easy. The property was clean and comfortable. The location was just perfect and with easy walking and metro options to visit the whole city.

Perfect tiny space for our family

The apartment is a second floor walk up. It is very small in size but perfectly accommodated my five family members. We spent very little time in the apartment as we were there to see the sides of the city. This would not be a place where you would want to be cooking and serving meals but it is absolutely perfect for sleeping ! It was very quiet during the night, without any Street noise coming through the open windows. If it is just two people this apartment would be very accommodating for the visitors to spend more time in the apartment if that was their choice. The hosts were very communicative and accommodating.

Perfect location, excellent hosts

Our family of four enjoyed our stay here! We appreciated getting to leave our bags after an early international arrival while the flat was cleaned, and the host and cleaning crew were very friendly. The location is wonderful, surrounded by many good local bakeries and cafes. It is also very close to the Les Halles and Etienne-Marcel metro stations. Fantastic place and we would stay here again!

Fabulously located and very comfortable apartment

The location of this little place is fabulous.. Just one short block from the Pompidou Center, bistros and great eating experiences abound. It’s easily walkable to the Metro and many of the places you need to see. It is efficiently laid out so everything is easily manageable for two adults.

We are fully committed to welcome you, give you advice, meet all your requirements, take care of your reservations (shows and taxis). We would like to share with you our passion for old Parisian sites and give you a glimpse of the lively and unique French way of life.

Our apartments are on the heart of Paris, you wont need to take metro, bus taxi to visit the centre of Paris.

CHECK IN & CHECK OUT, we may adapt time if we haven't departure or arrival in the same day.

We can welcome you to unusually late hours at night or early in the morning and every day in the year. There is additional fee conventional of 30 EUROS for Arrival/Departure from 8:00 pm to 8:00 am and on Saturday, Sunday and bank Holidays. Thank you for your comprehension.

ACCUEIL - DEPART, nous pouvons adapter votre accueil d'arrivée et de départ si il n'y a pas de clients dans l'appartement.
