Apartment house, very cozy and with character in the heart of the Latin Quarter, on the side of the famous rue Mouffetard. 64 square on the ground, with 2 bedrooms, one of which is on the mezzanine, a living room with a very comfortable Italian sofa bed, an American kitchen equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and fan oven, fridge and freezer, everything you need to cook, a beautiful bathroom renovated, a large balcony overflowing with plants and flowers facing south, very quiet. Very bright. 2 minutes from the censier Daubenton metro station.
10 minutes from Saint Michel and Saint Germain, Notre Dame. Ten minutes walk from the Luxembourg Gardens, 5 minutes from the Jardin des Plantes in which the Natural History Museum is located and opposite, the Great Mosque of Paris. 5 minutes from the Pantheon and the Sorbonne. Louvre 8 minutes direct by metro, natural history museum 5 minutes walk, Cluny museum 6 minutes by bus, the Arènes de Lutece 13 minutes walk, catacombs 20 minutes walk, the Pantheon 5 minutes walk, etc etc ...
I'm not even talking about the excellent restaurants and cafés! And of course you will be in the heart of the historic rue Mouffetard and its restaurants, cafes, bars, bakeries and cheesemongers, ice cream parlours and everything else you desire.
The apartment is close to the Gare de Lyon, Montparnasse, Austerlitz. 20-30 minutes from Orly airport and 45 from Roissy Charles Degaulles.
Line 7 which is 2 minutes away will take you directly to the Louvre Museum in 8 minutes, to the National Opera and the Pont Neuf in 7 minutes.
With buses 27 or 47, you will be 5 minutes from Notre Dame, Saint Michel and Saint Germain.

The location was great for us. Quiet and close to the metro but not overly flooded with tourists. Lots of local students. The apartment is Samira’s home which we loved. So it has that normal lived in vibe, not sterile like so many places we’ve stayed.

Communication was excellent with owner and she even explained easiest method to get to apartment from CDG as well as dining recommendations. The apartment was easy to find and situated perfect location to explore Paris on foot. Very clean and had a very home like feeling. Close to many attractions and my family and I felt safe wandering in the evening. Would highly recommend.

Lovely, cozy, charming apartment. Samira, the host, was very helpful with recommendations. Great area, close to shops, an amazing boulangerie and great restaurants. We had three adults and we loved this apartment and would stay again. That said, it should be noted that this apartment is up a couple flights of steep and curved stairs and not everyone could do the stairs, let alone bring their luggage up too.

Truly the most perfect stay for a girls trip! Let me start out with our host was the most lovely human ever!! Greeted us upon arrival allowing us to place our bags before starting our first adventure! Offering us information about the area and more. This rare find of a flat is literally steps away from the iconic Rue Mouffetard, the alley-like center of Parisian market lore. Every other shop is a restaurant, bakery, patissierie, or counter-service crepe shop. The flat, despite closeness to a bustling shopping area, is quiet, with a small and beautifully flowered balcony looking out on roofs within a courtyard which is accented in massive climbing rose vines. We had many mornings spent on the balcony in the quiet over coffee from the impressive espresso machine in the kitchen. The flat is quaint and cozy, loaded with french books covering the walls, and classic french wall art. Samira was extremely responsive and wonderful to work with. Highly recommend.

Awesome location!

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment was very clean and had everything you needed. It's very close to the metro, many restaurants, and a wonderful market with fresh produce. The neighbors in the adjacent building were a little loud at night on theweekend.

Amazing! Family already wants to stay there :)

The apartment truly was magnificent! The location was terrific - lovely restaurants, cafes and patisseries nearby, residential neighborhood and easy access to Paris by Metro or walking. The apartment itself was lovely - the kids LOVED the loft bed and the balcony was great for a nap. I have nothing but praise for how communicative and kind Souliah was. Great place for a family with two kids!

Wonderful apartment in the Latin Quarter!

My family and I stayed at this apartment for our Christmas holiday. The location is perfect, and our host was very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone who would like to get the real feel of a Parisian apartment. It’s within walking distance to rue Mouffetard.

We enjoyed the charm of the apartment as it felt like we were experiencing the true Parisian way of living. It rained during our visit and our sons enjoyed watching the storm in the roof window upstairs. The apartment is also very close to great restaurants, markets, bakeries, and attractions! And we found Samira to be very responsive and kind.
