Thanks Dawn for sharing your home with us. Everything we needed was available and the few times we had questions you promptly replied. My daughter stayed with us and was able to use the built in desk to work remotely. We enjoyed hiking to waterfalls and walking around the neighborhood. We would definitely rent again.

Amazing stay! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. Everything was thoughtfully set up, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. This place was amazing! The unit was extremely clean and comfortable on the river! Linville Land Harbor has all the amenities you could ask for on a trip. Dawn was a great host and very accommodating. It was our anniversary/vacation, and we loved every minute of our stay!

Fantasic stay, my pup and I stayed for Thanksgiving with my family only a 5 min drive away. Well decorated, very clean, great options for amenities, and the gas fireplace kept us cozy and warm during the cold snap. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. House was spotless, cute, perfect for two people and one pup. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped. Handy washer/dryer. Great location in Land Harbor for walking and exploring. This was my second stay in this house. Can’t wait to go back.

Lovely and modern cabin

The cabin was updated and modern, but still warm and inviting with nice little touches like automatic nightlights so you can easily find the bathroom in the dark.It had a wonderful covered patio and the sound of the river in the background.

Great place to spend Independence Day

This sweet home is located at the end of the quiet street. The river runs behind the house but wasn’t accessible due to the level of the river being down as well as the stairs were under repair. That was a little disappointing but not a deal breaker. The inside of the home was clean and tidy. There was plenty of room for my family of four and our large dog. There are two security cameras on the outside of the home which is fine. The neighborhood is great and there is lots to do for everyone. On the 4th of July, there are so many activities to watch and do! Thanks for a great stay!
