Great space but....
We were in town for the LeLaf football game, our son plays and we had family fly in from VA, NM and CO. We rented both units as one rental - it's advertised as sleeping 14, but any headcount over SIX incurs an extra fee on top of the premium price paid. We've used vrbo for over 20+ years (as an owner and a renter) and this place is at the top for the longest list of possible extra fees - early ckin, late departure, quick checkout, get togethers, cameras, & thermostat to name a few. I'm fully transparent on my end, but the threat of that long list definitely took some fun out of the experience.
On the good side, each unit provided great space. We accidentally locked ourselves out the first night and we quickly communicated w/ one of the phone numbers to land a remedy. Parking was great.
On the flip side, there was literally a single partially used roll of TP in each bathroom (no extras under the sink as advertised despite the # of registered guests we paid for). I stayed in the bottom unit - when we walked in, it was 55 degrees and very musty. The unit was reasonably tidy, but not sparkling clean. There were no liners in the kitchen garbage can and no body wash in the shower caddy. In the upstairs unit, the basic kitchen cooking essentials were very minimal, not even any salt and pepper.
It was evident that the priority of this rental is about making money and less about your enjoyment while staying there. It was a great location and great space, but...
