Tenuta CostaRossa is strategically located in Fubine Monferrato, at the heart of Piemonte.
CostaRossa is a 40 acre estate that combines the status of a classic 19th century villa with the typical agricultural activities of Piemonte: wine and wood production.
The original villa has been extended to a large country estate with plenty of space to welcome guests for a week or longer vacation.
The spacious villa with 7 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms hosts up to 18 people. It has a large terrace with outdoor kitchen, a heated swimming pool and plenty of room to play and to relax.
Information: A deposit of EUR 1'000 (cash or by credit card) is due upon arrival and will be returned at the end if everything is in proper condition.

The villa is nestled in the beautiful hilly landscape of the Piedmont. Surrounded by its own vineyard, one enjoys tranquility in a luxurious setting. The spacious terrace with complete outdoor kitchen and lounge and the heated private pool are suitable for families with children, as well as for couples who like to travel together.
A manager is on the estate and is there for smooth check-in and as a point of contact for you.

Each of the 7 bedrooms has its own fully equipped bathroom.
Special mention should be made of the very stylish game room with a pool table, various poker tables and a chess set. One feels transported back to an old Hollywood movie.
