Team accommodation

The property is located within a 15 minute drive from the Penatang Curling Club and served well as a home base for our 4-person team. It worked far better than individual hotel rooms.

We stayed for a long weekend, and it was a perfect home base for our family of 4! The kids enjoyed having their own separate bedrooms, and there was lots of space for hanging out. All was clean and comfortable. Femi was a great host, available and communicative, and we felt welcome. Thank you!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Midland punches above its weight for a small town. You get walkable access to restaurants, shops, and the harbour, with Georgian Bay, Awenda Provincial Park, and Sainte-Marie among the Hurons all within a short drive. It works equally well for a quiet weekend or a full outdoor adventure trip.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This townhome is three years old but still looks and feels brand new. Everything is well-maintained and modern, in a quiet new subdivision steps from Little Lake. You get 1,614 sq ft of living space, a main-floor washer/dryer, an attached 2-car garage, and parking for up to 4 vehicles. Most rentals in the area are older cottages. This one is clean, current, and built for comfort.
