This is a beautiful place to stay, with family and friends, the location is perfect, you will enjoy the ocean view once you step into the house. Isabela is lovely, The town offers entertainment, and live music at night also is perfect to walk around the town which convenient neighbors and a very touristic area, the sea is very close by, walking distance pharmacies, supermarkets and great restaurants by the sea.

Welcome to our beautiful vacation home in Isabela, Puerto Rico! Our property offers five spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, a private pool, a living room, and a BBQ area. It`s the perfect place for a group of friends or a family to enjoy a relaxing getaway.

The space at our vacation home is designed for comfort and relaxation. As you enter, you`ll be welcomed into a spacious living room with plenty of natural light and comfy furniture. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, and there`s a dining table with seating for the entire group.

Our home features five cozy bedrooms with comfortable beds and plenty of space to unwind after a day exploring Puerto Rico. Two bathrooms ensure that everyone has plenty of space to get ready in the morning, and all linens and towels are provided for your convenience.

Outside, you`ll find a private pool. The BBQ area is perfect for grilling up a meal while enjoying the warm Puerto Rican weather.

Visit Jobos Beach - this is one of the most popular beaches in Isabela, with white sand and crystal-clear water. It`s perfect for swimming, sunbathing, or just taking a relaxing walk along the shoreline.

Go surfing - Isabela is known for its great surfing spots, and there are plenty of schools and rental shops available if you`re a beginner or just looking to try something new.

Explore the Guajataca Forest - this beautiful nature reserve is home to a wide variety of flora and fauna, including several endangered species. It`s the perfect place for a hike or a picnic.

Costa Bella at Villa Salgado Puerto Rico, is a very lovely place to stay to relax

With an amazing Ocean view to make a great combination for a memorable vacation; enjoy the Amazing Swimming Pool and a quiet neighborhood; within 5 minutes of driving to Playa Pesquera, Playa Jobos, Playa Montones, Pozo Teodoro, and Amazing restaurants to eat waterfront, you will get to the best beaches and restaurants with karaoke and live music to spend a quality and memorable time.

Isabela has their own small town 2 minutes drive, I recommend you visit it at night, they have live music and vendors selling food, during the day you can enjoy the architecture and make you feel in Spain, is a beautiful place to walk and spend time with the family.

Restaurants, We have many restaurants Chinese food, and Mexican food, by the beach are many restaurants with karaoke and live music, also if you like to eat in a fine restaurant by the ware we have many of those too.

Supermarket, we have one in the town, where you can buy food to cook in the house during your stay, If you prefer Walmart there are one 10 minutes driving.

Beaches, all our beaches are in the same way, Playa Jobos is a beach where you swim and there are restaurants to eat by the beach and live music as well. Playa Montone`s is very nice too, there are no restaurants next to it but is relaxing.

El Paseo de la Princesa, This is a big wooden bridge on top of the sand by the beach, you can walk and see all the different beaches, also you can rent a bike to ride or escuder, by the main road are the places to rent it.

Crash Boat, we are 25 minutes drive, you must visit this beach, there is a bridge where you can jump the water is very clear that you can see the fishes swimming inside, there is also live music and restaurants.

Please be reminded that everyone who will be staying on the property has read the house rules before your check-in to avoid breaking the rules and receiving fines. Please let me know if you confirm our house rules. Thank you!

Our house rules listed below:

NO Loud music is allowed after 10:00 PM.

If you are using the pool and the pool needs more water please add water.

NO sand inside the pool if you are coming from the beach shower before enter in the pool.

NO smoking inside the villa. Violators will be fined a $500 fee. NO smoking weed inside or outside the villa, recreative marijuana, and is not legal in Puerto Rico if any neighborhood smell that, they will call the police let`s prevent that to happen!

NO drink wine on the beds.

NO Garbage inside it must be taken out to the blue plastic containers.

NO Garbage bags are allowed inside the Villa as we live on a Tropical Island and mosquitoes are everywhere, please leave the garbage inside the containers on the back of the house.

NO feminine pads, wipes, or toilet paper in the toilets, if the toilet gets clogged there is a plumber fee of $400.00

Check out, before you leave the house make sure you turn off lights air conditioning off, locked the doors, leave the keys inside the lockbox and send me a message saying that you are checking out.
