Pelican Walk 610 is a remodeled 1 Bed - 2 Bath beachfront condo that sleeps four guests at Pelican Walk on Thomas Drive, in beautiful Panama City Beach, FL. Pelican Walk 610 is perfect for couples or families with children!

Included is FREE Beach Chair & Umbrella service for guests of Unit 610 - Seasonally March through October! This 850 square foot, one bedroom condo features NEW! Queen size sleeper sofa, love seat, and recliner in the living area! There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath that has a bathtub along with a second full bathroom with shower for guests. The updated kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare and cook meals.

Enjoy morning coffee on the Balcony! Provided are both a standard coffee maker and a Keurig K-cup coffee maker. The Kitchen opens to a combination dining/living area and spacious Gulf-front balcony. Also, in the condo is a washer and dryer!

Upon arrival, you will immediately be drawn to the private balcony, where breathtaking views of the Gulf are on full display. Look straight to the sugar white sand and turquoise sunsets are spectacular! Guests have access to clubhouse and other resort amenities, including two swimming pools, hot tub, sauna, gas & charcoal grill areas, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, tennis, and Pickle Ball. Free Wi-Fi and Free Parking!

We enjoyed our stay and felt price was reasonable. We did encounter a couple of problems. Master bathroom shower did not drain properly. Dresser in master was pushed up against the wall that cable was not connected. We are older it was not easy to get it connected again. Screen door was off the track.
