Honeymoon trip

Loved the stat at Seychelles!! Wonderful lady to rent from and have rented from her twice already. Will do so again!! Will always stay at one of her condos. Clean and everything you need!

Off season stay

This property was excellent. Maybe the cleanest vacation rental we have ever stayed at. Proximity to Schooners was an advantage also. Communication with owner was excellent. Thank you for the stay. We will definitely rent this property again.

Perfect Thanksgiving Getaway

Beautiful condo in the perfect location on Thomas Drive. We came down for a couple of days rest before the holiday and the condo was exactly what we needed! Owner was easy to reach and we love the quiet location. Schooners is right next door and St. Andrew’s State Park is just 5 minutes away.

Great place for family vacation.

The condo was perfect. Excellent location. Restaurants and shopping were within walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The umbrella and chairs on the beach were very convenient. All in all, a great vacation.

Great stay!

Our first time renting with this owner and it was fabulous. The condo was clean, well kept, and everything went smoothly. The east end is our favorite location, and now this is our favorite condo to get while in pcb.

AMAZING PROPERTY

This property is absolutely beautiful! Very updated and easily can tell owner takes great pride in it. You feel right at home, especially when you have two young kids like us. We had family in two different rooms at this resort and they were shocked how much nicer our room was. I would recommend this property to anybody looking for a “home away from home” during their beach visit!

Thanksgiving Get-A-Way

Great stay; definitely a 5 star condo. Everything was so clean. It is furnished to the max, there was not one thing that we needed that we didn't have. Schooners restaurant and club is next door with great food and atmosphere; never heard a sound from them, except for the traditional canon every sunset (it is fun). Our host Merrie was wonderful, she answered our text questions almost immediately; she is the best. You will not go wrong with this condo, quiet end of the beach, very reasonable pricing. Great Stay!!

FABULOUS

I cannot say enough good things about this condo, this property, and the communication with the property manager! The condo is beautiful, and the view is stunning! The property was clean and close to tons of things! The communication with the property manager was the best I’ve ever had in a rental experience. She was so helpful, responded to all my questions almost immediately, suggested some donut places that my girls and I enjoyed with the morning sun, and even helped us look for a lost shirt after we left! If we ever come back to PCB we will absolutely be renting this condo again!

Beautiful!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. I was very impressed with the cleanliness and it was beautifully furnished. I have young children, so it’s important to me to have a clean place to stay, especially the floors and showers. I appreciate the extra little supplies of k-cups, soap, and toiletries that got us through until we could shop. We would happily stay at this condo again and again. The beach access has been rebuilt and has a nice shower area to rinse off the sand. We parked on the third floor parking garage to easily access the crosswalk to the elevators - also were you can find luggage carts. I love the convenient location of this condo to some of our favorite restaurants— Schooners, Captain Anderson’s, Captain Jack’s, Patches, and Hunts Oyster Bar. It is also conveniently located near St. Andrew’s State Park which has a perfect play area for little kids or those that prefer calm water.

Cozy place

Really loved the condo. Especially the nice pots/pans and cooking utensils, and the dual use kruieg and tea water heater. Comfy bed. would have appreciated one extra roll of t/p and a box of kleenex, and maybe a bigger bedroom tv on the dresser instead of the teeny wall mounted one.These old eyes found it hard to watch on such a small set up. Loved the patio furniture. As in all rentals the furniture was just okay, not the most comfortable but I understand why. It is a rental! Nice to let us check in a bit early, really appreciated that. Nice beach view as well. May not be as quiet in summer with a bar next door but it was for us.

Beautiful condo, horrible HOA

This condo is amazing, and has all the amenities you could need. It’s very clean, cozy, and the location is great! Unfortunately, the HOA is REALLY dropping the ball. The elevators are awful, and break down frequently resulting in 15+ minute waits. Both of the hot tubs are broken…only one hot tub would hold water as the other has a leak, but the filled hot tub isn’t heated. Also, one pool is slightly heated, and the other is freezing cold. The beach access was destroyed by the January tornado so you have to walk around Schooners to access the beach. These pool/hot tub issues make it tough to enjoy water on the cooler/overcast days.

Location is important and because the east end of the beaches are quiet and near one of the most pristine state parks (St. Andrews), this is why I selected Seychelles. As I described in the advertisement, this complex is near most of our recreational boating facilities as well as popular restaurants too making it a plus!

Seychelles is a smaller complex yet offers great amenities! When you're finished soaking up some sun, swimming the aqua beaches or hanging at the pool or hot tub, one can enjoy the gym located on the top floor of the garage parking.
