Pelican Walk 702 - Stay Right on the Beach in our 1 Bedroom - 2 Bath Condo with FREE Beach Chairs March through October! Pelican Walk is a wonderful, family friendly condominium resort located on the quiet end of Panama City Beach just 1.5 miles to St. Andrews State Park.

Unit 702 sleeps up to four guests at the Pelican Walk beach front condominiums in Panama City Beach, FL. You will love our spacious 1 bedroom 2 bath Condo with a king bed in the bedroom and adjoining private bath. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen that opens to the dining and living area. The BEST part is the Gulf-front balcony! The living area has a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a full guest bathroom with shower, a washer and dryer in the condo, FREE Wifi and FREE Parking! Guests have access to the owners clubhouse lounge and other resort amenities; including 2 swimming pools (one heated seasonally October through April), hot tub, gas & charcoal grills, and courts for racquetball, shuffleboard, pickle ball, and tennis. You will love staying here!

I have always enjoyed staying here, the staff is amazing, the rooms are well kept, it is convenient to all of PCB, the ocean view is phenomenal. I expect to return in the spring and fall of 2024.
