Moving further into the unit, you will come into the dining room and living room with a Flat Screen Smart TV. There will be a King bedroom with flat screen Smart TV and private bathroom with a walk in shower to the left of the living room. To the right of the living room you will find a Queen bedroom with Flat screen Smart TV and a private bathroom. Both rooms are Gulf front with spectacular beach views! Parking is available at the building. Your condo includes (2) parking pass. This is the maximum on-site parking allowed for this condo. Additional parking is available in several offsite parking lots for a daily fee. Minimum age to rent is 25. No pets allowed by the HOA per their bylaws, although Service Animals are always welcome. There is no smoking or vaping is permitted in the building (including balconies or at the pool deck).
