Welcome to this remodeled, charming 1bed 1 bath in the heart of Tremont. This special place is just a minutes walk from all the bars, restaurants, cafes, parks, and vintage stores. This modern unit is the perfect blend of old and new. Enjoy two floors of living space and a spacious deck on the second floor that is perfect for relaxing with your favorite drink or entertaining friends!! The unit has a private entrance with an open kitchen, LR, BR with a closet and a small workspace; WD.**Private Hot Tub available for use 1/23/23

The space
Our home is a unique two-story space with its own private entrance and is the perfect blend of old and new. This building was built in 1864 as the pastoral residence for St.Augustine's Roman Catholic Church and offers 750 sq ft of living space. As you enter the home's living area, you are welcomed by a stunning original brick wall and newly installed flooring. You will find a cozy living room with intimate dining for the perfect date night. The brand-new open-style kitchen makes the space very convenient for cooking and socializing. We offer many cooking necessities and a Nespresso maker, sure to be a coffee lover's dream. The laundry unit off the living room is perfect if you need to handle personal laundry during your stay. The second level gives you privacy and separation from the living space, with access to the bathroom and bedroom. The bathroom contains a shower-tub combo with towels, amenities, and plenty of room to prepare for a night out. The bedroom provides a Queen size bed in neutral, calming colors, with a closet that contains the perfect secluded workspace. Off the bedroom is a large deck containing a small table with seating, an oversized chair, an outdoor heater, and lights to keep you comfortable all season long.

Guest access
Your are welcome to use all parts of the unit and are free to come and go as you please. The unit resides in the back of this three level home and guests are the only ones with access as there is no shared hallway for entry.

Other things to note
This home has access to the bedroom and bathroom via stairs so please consider this when booking.

The home is not baby-proof so please use caution when bringing infants/toddlers.

As this unit is still attached to other tenants we ask that you please be respectful with noise especially after hours.

Loved the space! It was very cute and perfect for a couple to stay for the weekend. Just maybe a fan would have been nice for at night because of how quiet the house was haha.

Great little place!

Hosts were very accommodating! They were able to leave us a baby gate to keep our toddler contained. Bed was super comfy and the place was in a nice location. The Nespresso was a nice treat in the morning! My favorite spot was the deck on the 2nd floor.

Perfect location in Tremont

The apartment in Tremont was exactly as the pictures showed - newer, clean cute and perfect location! The hot tub was such a nice treat! We could walk to restaurants, coffe and shops. Only 10 minutes or less to downtown Cleveland. Would definetely staystay here again!!againstayintrecommendrecommend

Perfect anniversary stay-cation

This two floor apartment was perfect for mine and my husband's first anniversary celebration. Very short walking distance to all of tremonts best restaurants and bars. The hot tub was perfect. Everything was very clean and cozy. High ceilings. We had a lovely time!

Great historic property

Loved the Italianate style house and it was within walking distance of many bars, restaurants, and coffee houses in the Tremont District.

Comfortable stay in a great location!!!

We had a great stay!!! Unit is located on a quiet street and is walking distance to the best Tremont has to offer. Bathroom and bedroom are upstairs from the kitchen and living room. Plentiful ride options to visit sites throughout the Cleveland area. Hot tub was a nice bonus after a busy day. Thanks!

Perfect Getaway

My two friends and I booked this place to attend a concert in downtown Cleveland and avoid the drive back home. It was a great place to stay. We were able to take a Lyft downtown, which was only 10 minutes away. The neighborhood is quiet. Even though it is an apartment, it was private and we couldn’t hear the neighbors. The hot tub is a perfect touch. The directions were simple and the water was great. I will definitely book the next time I’m in Cleveland.

Awesome stay in Tremont

We loved our stay, had a fantastic time exploring the nearby bars/restaurants in Tremont, which is such a cute neighborhood. The unit itself was really clean with nice finishes. The water filter and a couple bottles of water were also welcome greetings for weary travelers. We also appreciated the dedicated off-street parking which made checking in and out very convenient. Only downside at the property was the WiFi was kind of spotty, which makes it difficult for self employed folks like me who have to use the internet for occasional work while traveling. It just seems to drop sometimes and/or load very slowly. We didn’t see a router in this unit so it may benefit from an extender of some sort. The building itself looks to be 4-5 units, but we couldn’t hear any neighbors at all. It was a very relaxing place to stay. We would definitely come back here next time we visit!

Mother daughter get-away

My sister and I took our daughters for a overnight trip to spend some time together. Tremont is a cool place to visit. The location of the apartment is great we parked and we’re able to walk everywhere we wanted to go! The hot tub was a great way to end the evening after all the walking and it was in a nice private space right outside the door and covered so you can use it in any weather. The place was very nice and clean and enjoyed hanging out and just chatting. A few things needed tightened up in the apartment like the kitchen and shower faucets and they could use a few more dishes and maybe a regular coffee pot. But all in all it was a great experience and I would book the property again if I return to Tremont.
