"Jellybean row" Main Floor 1 Bedroom Apt- Downtown

This 1 bedroom apartment was fully renovated in Fall 2021. Perfect for a weekend getaway or longer stay as it is fully equipped with everything you will need. It is conveniently located in the heart of downtown. The harbour front, cafes, restaurants, shops, parks, bars and are all within a 5 minute walk away.
The space
-Easy access as there is just one step to get into the space from the street
-The open concept space allows you to watch Bell Fibre TV while cozied next to the fire place or from the kitchen
-Dishwasher and washer/dryer will make your stay more convenient
-Access to private backyard where you can sit and relax
Guest access
-Everything you need is within walking distance.
-A parking permit for on street parking is included in your stay.

**At the end of your stay you must leave this permit in the apartment. There will be a $35 fee if you misplace or take the permit**

Beautiful property, in a great spot everything is in walking distance. Very clean, small issue with the other renter nextdoor being loud but not the fault of the renter

Great place to stay!

Property was a quick walk to George street and all the downtown shops. It was clean, and modern renovation. All appliances worked well, and bed was comfortable. 10/10 would recommend for an individual or couple to rent for their stay in St. John’s

Great location

Host very responsive, located in the heart of jelly bean row, close to so many amazing shops, restaurants, and things to see! Very clean, and stocked with everything you need! Would highly recommend.

We loved everything about it and very welcoming having a dish washer and washer and dryer available. So easy to walk downtown as well. So nice to stay in such a unique place as how famous the colourful row house are.

Was not cleaned when we arrived. But despite it being a holiday, the manager/owner was able to get a cleaner in within a couple of hours, and we got a $50 refund. Very cute space.

Great place!

We loved the location, just a short walk to the downtown area. The rental was clean and lovely. So nice to have a washer and dryer, and soap too! Also, it was so nice to have coffee pods for the Keurig machine as well. Everything was thought of, we loved our time here!

This is an excellent unit in a great location. Walking distance to all the downtown attractions and if you are up for it, to signal hill. Unit was as advertised, clean annd quiet and the distinctive green colour made it super easy to find. Definitely recommend staying here!!

Jellybean Row was perfect for us. Jordan was responsive and advertised the property as it appeared. We walked to local restaurants and there is a FABULOUS Casablanca Bakery half a block away. Perfect!

Delightful Stay

Jordan's flat is terrifically located. Easy to get anywhere in and around St. John's. House was very clean and well appointed. We didn't cook there, but everything needed is available. Jordan responded promptly with any questions or issues.

Cute Jellybean Row House close to everything!

We loved our stay at Jordan's recently renovated, compact, stylish, and clean Jelly Bean Row one-bedroom apartment. Jordan's directions were easy to follow and clear. The location was terrific, as it is very close to downtown. The living room was a great space for us to relax in and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having laundry was a big plus. The outside space was also really nice. It was humid while we were visiting St John's, but Jordan's place was nice and cool. We would definately want to stay here again next time we are in St John's.

I was amazed at the property! Large, full kitchen and dishwasher! Everything was clean and comfortable! Great location, walking distance to all of downtown, and a great bakery on the corner. If I come back, I could see settling in for a week. Definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️🌟

Could not open the windows due to neighbours smoking pot. Bathroom had cobwebs and a dirty floor. The rest of the place was clean and perfect for what we needed it for. Basic and (mostly) clean, great location and nice touches like the parking pass, single coffee curig and furnaces kitchen. No blind on back door which looks directly into the kitchen/living room.

Everything was perfect. I put a bit less in communication because I never spoke to the owner. I'm old-fashionned that way. I had the unsettling feeling I was dealing with a very effective A.I. reponding to all my queries. But again, everything was perfect.

Cute little apartment

Cute little apartment in a great location! Host responded quickly to questions and left books/pamphlets with loads of tourist information, as well as a parking pass for outside the apartment.Complimentary coffee was a great touch :)
