Relax and unwind to the distant sound of the ocean and the wind rustling through the trees in this 5 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home conveniently located in the Mill District. Our corner lot offers privacy, beautiful forest views and quick access to the trail system. Casa del Mar is also only a short walk (about 150 gnome steps) away from Sunrise Pool.

Casa del Mar is kid-friendly, pup-friendly, and fully-stocked with amenities for maximum comfort, and relaxation while having easy access to the scenic beauty of the Coast.

The home features a covered wrap around deck with outdoor seats, an outdoor dining table and BBQ, a porch swing off the back deck, and a river rock fire pit with Adirondack seating. You'll find a pathway to the forest and gnome trail right out the side and back gates.

There are three flat screen TV’s and two designated media rooms. The basement media room comes fully loaded with a pool / ping pong table, board games and puzzles for all ages, movie mood lighting and a couch with reclining, heated massage chairs.

Main Level:
Gourmet chef's kitchen with seating for up to 10 (eight at the dining table, two at the counter), living room with gas fireplace, powder room, full size washer and dryer, primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom (rain head shower and separate bathtub).

Lower Level:
Media room with pool / ping-pong table, board games, full bathroom, guest bedroom with bunk bed (twin over full), guest bedroom with king size bed

Upper Level:
Media Room with couch and TV, full bathroom, guest bedroom with two twins (plus additional twin trundle), guest bedroom with queen size bed.
