You cannot beat the location. Since this is located right downtown, everything is very walkable. The upstairs bedroom with the loft space has a very steep ladder, so caution with younger children. Overall, we loved this accommodation and would stay here again!

Great place!

This is a clean home in a great location, close to everything in downtown Seabrook and a short walk to the beach. Would stay here again!

Cute Beach Town

We had fun here. The home was comfy and clean with plenty of beds. Very close to shops and restaurants. We had a nice view of the ocean.

Location is wonderful for nearby shops and beach access. Quality of the property vs value was a bit of a disapointment. Bedroom layout caters to families with older children. As for conditions of the property, while the property host/management provided pre-arrival updates on the status of hvac equipment of the property, we were notified after arrival/check-in that the property manager made a unilateral decision to restrict functionality of the hvac equipment onsite for the duration of our stay. Other items such as smoke/carbon monoxide batteries and ceiling fan functionality/general maint can be easily addressed for future guest.

Best time with the grands!

This is a great apartment for family with kids who want to feel a bit independent. There is a loft off of the second bedroom that can easily accommodate four youngsters via a ladder. Great kid space. Great adult space.

Beautiful place

We stayed for a short weekend. The views were great, and would love to come back in warmer weather to take advantage of the balcony views. The colors in the home are cool and calming. The loft is very fun. Family movie night downstairs was cozy, but some throw blankets would have been a nice addition. Appreciated the baskets of games for little kids!

Could not get AC to work. Fan is master only worked with lights on. Water took long time to get hot and didn't stay hot for long

Located in the heart of downtown Seabrook, Fish Tales is a lovely, cozy, beach adjacent rental fit for families of almost any size. We have a rather large pack and finding spaces compatible with our needs let alone our wants can be challenging. We found the sleeping arrangements in Fish Tales to be very flexible, the kids were able to share a large loft that gave them their own space during our stay and they loved the four bunks. The master suite was fantastic with a spacious bathroom, a beautiful claw foot tube with beautiful views of the ocean. The unit is located in the heart of Seabrook within walking distance of multiple eateries and shops. The kitchen was well stocked with all appliances one might need including plenty of kid and adult dishes. A large pantry and full-sized fridge allow us plenty of room to keep groceries during our stay so we didn't have to eat out for every meal, with a one minute walk to the local grocer. The master suite also has a full laundry which for a family our size is essential. The unit was well kept, clean, and all three televisions had access to streaming services, so we were able to login to all of our favorites and stay caught up. The only con, if you aren't a fan of stairs this may not be the best unit for you as entry, living space, and bedrooms are all on separate floors, which was a bit challenging with a young child. Would absolutely recommend any family with their own wolf pack, a much better fit than your typical hotel stay.
