You will feel on top of the world in this bright and modern two story townhome set in an idealistic location to view spectacular sunrises, sunsets, and the exciting growth of Seabrook’s amenities before their eyes. Top Shelf tastefully combines soft tones with stylish decor and an airy layout designed for comfort and relaxation. The spacious rooms throughout the home make quiet moments uncomplicated to savor while the fully equipped kitchen makes dining in easy. The town merchants are all steps away for unbeatable convenience from bike rentals to a fresh cup of coffee.

Home is located on the second floor above retail space. It can only be accessed via a flight of stairs. 

Note: this home is located near an active construction area.

Nicely situated condo, comfortable, with an ocean view from the deck

This was a nice unit, a bit noisy as it is on a main downtown street, close to town amenities and shops and a view of the beach from the deck. It was not our favorite unit to cook in. The kitchen was lovely but the non stick pans were badly scratched and the kitchen cooking utensils were awful - melted plastic, spatula with piece of blade missing, etc. also short on serving dishes. Lots of stairs to get up to unit if you have difficulties with stairs and carrying stuff up to unit. Very lovely master bedroom suite. We had a nice stay and would recommend it, just not for someone looking to cook most of their own meals during their stay.
