We got to enjoy the comforts of this property for a weekend. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. The home was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was peaceful and tranquil. I love the screen covered portion so you can relax and enjoy family even in the hot weather.

Everything was fabulous! Our family truly enjoyed our stay. James was great to work with. We had a few different questions prior to our stay and during our stay. Every time I reached out, James responded very quickly. The home was very clean and relaxing. We would gladly stay again.

The house was very clean and nicely decorated. The backyard was so cute! Unfortunately we did not get to enjoy any of the fun activities provided as we were in town for a wedding. The location was great!

Well kept and close to UNT

I came to Denton with my daughter and her friend. My daughter is a student at UNT and we were there to move her into a new apartment next to campus. This house is very conveniently located just a few minutes from school. It is immaculately clean and the neighborhood is quiet. I would definitely stay here again!

Very clean and nice home

We did enjoy our stay but there was an incident of gun violence across the street from the house. Hopefully this was only rare occasion because upon arrival the neighborhood looked very peaceful and safe.

Hello Shelley, I'm glad you enjoyed your stay and so sorry you had to experience that. As you mentioned, the neighborhood is in fact very peaceful and safe- this was an unfortunate rare occurrence. I looked further into this and found that this was an isolated incident from a domestic dispute. After speaking with other neighbors who have lived there for 50+ years, they reassured me that nothing like this has ever happened before and that there were no points of concern. It was a pleasure hosting you and I hope to have you again soon!

Great Property Manager

I recently stayed at a lovely accommodation and was pleasantly surprised by the amount of space it offered. The interior design was quite cute, modern, and very comfortable. Additionally, the property had everything I needed for a wonderful stay. What really impressed me was the responsiveness and helpfulness of the property manager. They were always there when I needed them and made my stay even more enjoyable. Overall, I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay.

Super Comfortable and Convenient

The house was very cute, comfortable, and very representative of the VRBO pictures. The beds were very comfortable and easy to get a full night's sleep. The kitchen/bathrooms are modern/updated, clean and and bright. The TVs have all possible viewing options. Off street parking is available in front of the property. A very high end washer/dryer are available on site. There is easy access to major highways. And James, the property manager was amazing. He was always readily available through the VRBO app or email, and always responded immediately. Our stay was wonderful, and I highly recommend the property for anyone visiting that area of Dallas/Denton for the comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.
