Princesa Resort has lush greenery, 3 pools, 1 heated pool, a swim up bar, a fire pit, 2 kid pools, a hot tub, a clubhouse with gym equipment, a bocci court, several charcoal BBQ areas and seating all while facing the Sea of Cortez! Princesa has several palapas and lounge chairs on the beach for a relaxing day! We also have a convenience store, Colin's Cantina Restaurant, and Day Spa Cito Spa on site! Great family atmosphere!

You will have full access to the condo except for a few lockout cabinets that have supplies.

Registered guests have full access to the condominium and patio area as well as full resort access. You must make your reservation for the accurate number of guests staying in the condo. The resort only allows 6 wristbands per unit and every guest needs to wear a wristband at all times. There is an extra person charge for every person over 4 people per person/per night. Visitors will NOT be permitted to visit or use the facilities of Princesa. The only area of Princesa that is open to the public is the restaurant/bar on site, Colin’s Cantina.
