Exactly what we expected

Great communication with host. House was just as expected. We attended a graduation on base at Fort Benning and it was perfect. Thanks for the great stay. Hopefully we’ll be back for Ranger Graduation.

Cute house for our needs. Living room and kitchen area was spacious enough for us to all be together in one room.

Great stay!

Cute little house that was clean and had everything we needed. Listing did say hot tub when it did not but the host was very gracious in reducing the price per night as a result as well as very flexible with check in and check out time.

Good Property

This place was perfect for our needs! We felt very comfortable here. The space was great and location was in close proximity to the family we were visiting.. The fenced in back yard was neat and tidy and HUGE!!! Very much appreciated the car port when we had to load the car in the rain! We pretty much only used the beds and bathrooms…. And it was great!

From nice to disappointing

First impression were good. My husband and I checked in a day before 3 more members of our family joined. The house is a 3 bedroom home with queen beds in each. We did have one of the legs on a bed break. I notified the host immediately and he responded to the problem promptly. While the maintenance man, Paul, was there we did notice water coming thru the flooring of the master room’s bathroom. We told Paul about it and he determined that it was a leak in the sink. He advised us that he would return to fix the bed and sink. Since we had to wait for Paul to return to fix those 2 issues, we missed our son’s family and Infentry cording ceremony, one of the reasons why we traveled to Georgia. Paul did eventually fixed the bed and leak but the water that was under the flooring continue to come out. The restroom floor was always wet and dirty. We had to buy flip flops for us to wear to avoid the wet dirty floors. We also had to buy towels to put down on the floor since the shower mat was soaked. And to finish off on our last night, the bed with the broken leg collapsed because the bed frame broke. I sent message to host and I have yet to hear from him. Other things that we noticed that should be addressed is that the hallway bathroom’s shower fixture is loose , all the bed frames are old and dirty. I booked it for 6 of us and only 4 towels were provided for which we had to buy some towels. The biggest disappointment was using the restroom on a wet and dirty floor.

Your feedback regarding the water leak and maintenance issues were noted, and we are have since resolved them to improve the quality of our accommodations.
