While the vibrant atmosphere can bring some noise to the balcony, particularly on weekends, the recently updated thick glass balcony doors ensure a quieter and more comfortable indoor experience.

Neighborhood
The Romantic Zone, AKA Old Town is the most happening part of Vallarta and is overflowing with shops, cafes, bars, and restaurants. Basilio Badillo is known for having some of the best restaurants in PV and is only one block south of the property.

The beach is also a short walk, just more than 2 blocks west of the property. You'll find several restaurants and bars located on the beach as well as a handful of activities to engage in including parasailing, jet-skiing, banana boat, etc.

Getting around
You don't need a car to experience downtown Puerto Vallarta. This property is walking distance to everything you need with no hills to walk down or climb up. If you'd like to get out of town Uber, taxis and buses are readily available and affordable.

Other things to note
You will be required to agree to a condominium consent form. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more.

There are bars and nightclubs nearby that may cause noise, especially on weekends. Midweek housekeeping is included for stays of 7 nights or more. Renters must be at least 25 years old. Supplies are provided to begin your stay, if you run out it is your responsibility to replace them.
