Morgan and Dan met in college and have been married since 2005. They have two boys; one in middle school and one in elementary. They began their short-term rental adventures in 2018 by purchasing a condo on Anna Maria Island, FL. The condo was so they could visit Grandpa Mick for their children more frequently. After a horrible experience with having a big rental company manage their condo, Morgan took over managing in early 2019. What a life changing decision! Bookings were coming in like crazy, guests were having amazing trips, making memories, referring friends and booking future vacations.



In 2020, Morgan met several other owners who were frustrated with management companies. Some owners she helped guide to manage their own rentals and some became Morgan’s first clients. Yes, that’s right….what started out as something out of necessity was becoming one of Morgan’s favorite things to do…….help families have amazing vacations on Anna Maria Island! From finding the right place to stay to recommendations on food or activities Morgan is just a phone call or text away.



Fast forward to 2022! Dan had several work trips to Maui. He spent a total of 5 weeks on the island throughout the year. Morgan of course, packed the kids up and met him for some of the trips. Dan fell in love with Maui and started hinting Morgan investigate purchasing a condo in Kihei for their next short term rental adventure. Now here we are!
