Welcome to Your Maui Retreat: Aloha From Maui Vista 1410 in Kihei, Maui. Our 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo offers ocean views, beach views, and pool views, from the outdoor lanai. Enjoy your morning coffee or dinner on the lanai while taking in the views and stunning Maui sunsets. Updated in July 2024 with fresh paint, furniture and decor, Maui Vista 1410 provides a relaxing atmosphere to sit back and unwind. The condo features a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare delicious meals, and comfortable private bedrooms for restful nights after long days in the sun. With in-unit laundry, you ll have everything you need for an extended stay or a quick getaway. Maui Vista is directly across the street from Charley Young Beach and is close to many other beaches, including Cove Park, a popular destination for beginner surfers and paddleboarders. Fabulous location with gorgeous views of the ocean ! Easy beach access with a great little pool for the kids to enjoy. The suite was the perfect set up for our family of 5 with all of the amenities you would hope for on vacation. We would book here again in the future !

Perfect location. Washer and dryer was a plus. Great views. Beds were comfortable. Enough supplies (paper towel, garbage bags, laundry detergent) to last us through the week.

Great stay!!

Great property and really cute place to stay. Very close to the beach. We saw whales from the balcony. The beach chairs were very nice to use. The only thing I could say needs improvement would be the shower water pressure and the washer needs to be serviced- very loud screech on the spin cycle. We will definitely stay here again.

Wow, what a view!

Location, location.. so many wonderful shops, beaches and eating within walking. South Maui Gardens, Paia Fish Market, Beach Street, Cafe O'Lei, so many to enjoy. The two big King beds and pull out queen makes for a comfortable stay. Loved sitting on the Lanai, eating and just in awe of the sunset view. Grabbed the beach chairs (provided) and walked to Charley Young or Kamaole 1 daily. Management company was very responsive and kind. Will return again, Maui: E Komo Mai

I have a few suggestions. There should be a label on the air conditioner pointing to the wall timer that powers the unit. The coffee maker lid is warped and the coffee maker could do to be replaced. The woven stools are fine, the two metal stools are not as comfortable to sit on. There could be better and revised instructions for operating the TV. Finally, I asked for a late checkout and I was quoted 183 without asking any questions about how much longer I was looking to check out past 10 a.m. I knew that the unit was not to be occupied until the following day

Your feedback was received and already forwarded, and we’d like to clarify that the AC wall timer is located directly next to the unit, though we understand it can sometimes be overlooked. Seating comfort is very individual, and while the metal stools are part of our standard setup, your comments have been documented along with the coffee maker lid note. To help future guests, we added laminated TV instructions under the television with photos of the remotes and included Xumo remote instructions in the blue binder. Late checkout fees are calculated consistently based on the unit’s average nightly rate, regardless of next day occupancy. The place has been renovated. But the upstairs bedroom is very odd. The walls have plexiglass “windows” that they drilled holes into for air flow maybe? It kinda gives Hannibal Lecter jail cell. Because of the plexiglass windows there is zero air flow upstairs and the air conditioner was way too undersized for the space. But that was the common theme. None of the AC units were sized enough to be affective. I would say the condo was always hot and never cooled down. Because of the location (across from the stairwell) there was no way to get a crossed breeze in the place. The okave could definitely use a deep clean. Lots of areas caked in hard dust. The beds were very comfortable and the smart TVs were a nice touch. Washer and dryer worked very well. View off lanai was amazing.
