During your stay, enjoy a state-of-the-art space! Our 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home has all of the amenities needed for a relaxing stay for up to 10 people.

When you enter our home, you'll immediately enter into our open concept living room. This has to be our favorite spot in the house with its natural wood finishes, cozy seating, gas fireplace, and access to our fenced in patio. In the living area, you'll find a comfy oversized chaise sofa, comfy leather lounge chair, a 60-inch Samsung Smart TV and our stunning electric fireplace. The perfect place to relax after your day on the town.



In between the living room and kitchen area, you'll see our oval, 6-top dining table - the perfect place to enjoy a meal and conversation with the crew. Past the dining area, you'll see our kitchen, which is fully stocked with ample amenities - everything needed to cook or bake your favorite dishes - and brand-new appliances, including a gas stove, combination single serve / drip coffee pot and plenty of built-in storage. In the center of our kitchen, you'll see our large island, which hosts our sink and three barstools.



At the end of the day, settle into one of our five luxury beds.

Upstairs:

(1) Our Primary bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, 2 closets, a dresser, lounge chair, a 60-inch Smart TV, and a HUGE en suite bath with heated floors and dual shower head walk-in shower.

(2) Our second bedroom has a King-size bed, closet, and nearby bath.

(3-4) Our third bedroom has two Twin-size bunk beds- sleeping 4 people total, a closet, and a nearby bath.

Downstairs:

(5) Our fourth bedroom has a Queen-size bed, desk area, closet, and nearby bath. 



Through the sliding glass doors in our living room, you'll see our patio area. This space is fenced in and features a large outdoor dining table and a grill to take the party outside and getting some fresh air.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there is a doorbell camera on the front door for the security of the home.



The Neighborhood:

Bentonville is home to Northwest Arkansas' premier mountain bike trails, restaurants, and museums.



Getting Around:

Walk, drive, or easily ride your bike to access all the amenities downtown Bentonville has to offer!



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★Please note there is only parking space for about 3 cars. One car in the garage, and two smaller cars can fit in the driveway.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.

- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
