Fully equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, pots and pans, toaster, coffee maker, air fryer and more.

All bedrooms have brand new mattresses.

One full bed, 2 twin bunks, and closet

Great house in nice neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in this house which was true to listing. The neighborhood is great with nearby shopping and restaurants. Check in/Check out was easy. Would stay here again.

Great comfy stay, close to ARK

This home was just like pictures, if not more! Our host was very helpful. We chose this home for the closeness of the ark and a youth conference we attended. We also took a trip to Cincinnati, which was amazing! I wouldn't change anything about this home because it was very clean, comfy, loved how "at home" it made us feel! If ever in this area again will definitely stay again! Neighborhood was also nice, beds slept amazingly!!!

Excellent experience

This was my first time using Vrbo and the experience was fantastic. The house was beautiful, clean, and incredibly accomodating. I have a 2 year old and was nervous to be away from home for several days without toys and things but her had a blast with the toys provided in the game room. The kitchen had everything we needed to have enjoyable family dinners together. Thank you for helpong to make this an unforgettable vacation.

Great VRBO

Our daughter‘s family stayed here through the Christmas holidays. Everything was extremely clean and comfortable. They even put up a Christmas tree for us. Would definitely stay here again.

Great size for our family

Perfect location and size for our family Christmas. Owner even had a tree up which was a nice surprise! Overall comfy place with comfy beds. Kitchen could be better appointed and place could use a deep cleaning. Overall would stay again.

Family visit to the Ark

Despite the rain our visit was fabulous. The home was just perfect for the 7 of us. We'd stay here again and again.

Family vacation 2024

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The Ark Encounter & Creation museum were 30 min away. Everyone enjoyed the pool! The owner is very friendly & just a phone call away.

AMAZING!

It was an amazing stay! Very roomy and the pictures do not do this place justice! I loved the everything about this house. They also had some things we forgot about even packing like a on chair highchair and they even had a potty chair for my 2 year old. Truly 10 out of 10 stay. We are actually hoping to make this a yearly vacation for my family!

Great Trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Location is great being very convenient to the Creation Museum and Ark Encounter as well as Cincinnati. The house was very clean and is just as it appears in the photos. The neighborhood is nice and very quiet. Tyler was great to work with and answered our questions very quickly. We had a last minute change in plans and she was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend this property!

Family memories

Not perfect… But, Tyler went out of her way to make it perfect! We had understood there was a futon for sleeping, but after realizing we didn’t have enough beds, Tyler came at 9:30 at night to bring a bed to make sure we were comfortable. The house has a lot of room and the toy room is amazing for kids. Bedrooms are roomy and have very comfortable mattresses. The pool was sparkling clean and provided us a great way to cool off and relax. The deck area is large and has a brand new grill. This home allowed us to visit The Ark and Cincinnati zoo with ease. A huge thank you to Tyler and her husband who went out of their way on a holiday weekend to make sure we had everything we needed. Our family of 4 generations would highly recommend staying here. We will definitely be back!

Excellent location for Ark and Museum Visitors

We stayed a week at this home. A really great location for anyone looking to visit the area. Good safe, quiet area. Amenities were awesome and the pool was a huge plus. An especially good location for Ark and Creation Museum visitors. We visited both Ark and Museum. This home is perfectly located 30 mins in between both places. Easy access to both routes. Area has a good variety of stores. We arrived with nothing and cooked most meals in house. Kroger and ALDIs along with anything else you might need within 5 mins of the house. Owner is very attentive and met all our needs. This is a good find. You won’t be sorry.

Amazing house and owner!

We are a family of 7. 6 humans and one dog. 😊 This house was perfect for us! It was so nice and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was great and had friendly people all around. Very easy location to get to and find and very close to food places as well as the Kroger supercenter. Due to weather we didn't get to enjoy the pool as often as we wanted but when we did it was a lot of fun. Owner was great at communicating and kept everything in the home well stocked and when we did run out of something she had it at the doorstep within hours. We loved being so close to the Ark encounter and Creation museum (30-40 minutes) as well as Cincinnati. The bedrooms are close together and had plenty of room for us all to sleep comfortably. The beds were super comfy! We all slept great! It really is a great home for a family to rent to vacation. Thanks for everything! We will have great memories from this vacation!

Pool house in Independence, KY

This property was great to stay at when we visited Independence! The house was centrally located to all attractions we visited. 36 minutes from the Ark Encounter, 42 minutes from the Creation Museum, and 39 minutes from the Cincinnati Zoo. We spent one entire day at the house and the kids played in the pool the whole day! The grocery store was 5 minutes down the road, along with restaurants. There were plenty of towels and bedding provided. The dishwasher was the only thing that was broken. We should have got paper plates and bowls at the store, but just never did. Hopefully they get that fixed or a new one soon. Wonderful vacation at this pool house!!

Mostly as Expected

TL/DR: The house & property were great, and were mostly as we expected. The Great: - Check in was super smooth & easy. - The neighbors we interacted with were nice. - The sectional in the living room was soooo comfy! - - There was plenty of room for food in the pantry. - We loved the safety locks on the back door & deck. - It was great to have access to the laundry. - The pool was refreshing & clean. - The yard area for dogs is huge! The Not So Great: - We could not get the dishwasher to work, and so we mostly used disposable kitchenwares. - There is very little furniture for storing clothes, but there were a lot of hangers. - The backyard fencing is a horse board fence, so most dogs could get out of the yard. Not a big deal for us, but it’s good to know. There were also some big dogs from behind that came into the yard through a hole in the fence. Tyler did tell me that it would be repaired immediately. - The pool ladder closest to the house has 2 rungs instead of 3, so some people may have difficulty with that. However, the deep end ladder has 3. Overall: This property is a fantastic option for the area. Tyler was great to work with, and we would stay again were we to return to the area.

Comfortable Beds

The host was very kind and allowed us to check in early after a 14 hour drive from Texas. The house was roomy enough for all 9 of us. Beds were very comfortable.
