This home is perfectly situated to experience all the best of Music City. Just one mile from Broadway (Honky Tonks, Live Music, Breweries, CMA Fest) , one mile from GEODIS soccer stadium, and minutes from the Nashville hot spots (12 South, Midtown, The Gulch, East Nashville).

This charming home is perfect for couples, business trips, or small groups visiting Nashville.

The space
Owned by TN natives who love all things Nashville. This home was renovated in 2014 and is full of Nashville charm!

Furnished with all you need for the perfect Nashville getaway including a fully stocked kitchen.

Hosts will provide coffee.

With two queen beds and one twin bed, this home comfortably sleeps 5, but can accommodate up to 6 with couch or air mattress.

There are so many great places to eat, shop and listen to music in Nashville! Upon arrival, you will be provided with a list of the host’s favorites spots to help you decide on which places to visit during your stay.

Nashville Gem!

Quick stay, enjoyed the house. Clean and outfitted with all we needed. Quick 5 min uber to honky tonk row, 15 min to grand old opery, and walkable restaurants and bars close to the house. Thanks for accommodating our late check out! If we are in Nashville again, we will definitely stay again!

This was the worst rental experience I’ve ever had.Problems started immediately - the door code didn’t work upon arrival. While the host did respond and reset it after a few minutes, this was just the beginning of a nightmare stay.•One bed with soiled sheets containing bodily fluids (semen)•Other beds with dirty, wrinkled sheets covered in leaves - clearly not cleaned•Foul-smelling towels •Towel rack that fell apart when touched (not properly secured)•Refrigerator making knocking noises on and off all night that prevented sleepI reported the unsanitary conditions immediately to the host Paul with photographic evidence. His initial response was to dismiss it as “maybe a stain” and claim the sheets were “most certainly clean.” I saw later that he did offer to come clean the sheets, but by that point it was late at night, I had already given up on the property, and decided to leave first thing in the morning. The sheets should have been clean BEFORE my arrival - this is basic hospitality.I did not sleep that night. I attempted sleeping in the twin bed as it appeared the “cleanest” of three dirty beds. I left the next morning.I’ve filed a formal complaint and requested a full refund. VRBO has not responded after several days. I’ve called again and disputed the charge on my credit card.

Chestnut Hill/ Wedgwood- Houston is an up and coming neighborhood, quickly becoming one of the most popular and centrally located areas in Nashville. Home to some of the hottest restaurants, bakeries, breweries, distilleries, and bars in Nashville.

Grab coffee at Americano, lunch at Diceys pizza, a beer from Jackalope brewery. For dinner stop by Ernest’s Hideaway, cocktails at Bastion or Nvr Nvr.

Then take a walk to the hidden gem, Ft. Negley for some of the best views in Nashville.
