This beautiful Villa has 9 Bedrooms and 5 Bathrooms, sleeping up to 18 guests. Located in the beautiful Storey Lake Resort community, this home is only 9 miles away from the world-famous Walt Disney World Theme Park. If you are looking for more fun and excitement from Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure, it is just 10 miles away.

POOL/SPA HEATER: VERY IMPORTANT
1-Cost: $35 per day (November-March: $45/day).
2-Minimum: 3 consecutive days.
3-Pool is set to be heated to 89 F/Spa 104 F.
4-Must be requested 48h in advance.
5-Guests need to pay heated pool for spa to get heated.
6-Heaters work through HEAT EXCHANGE and WILL NOT WORK in cold weather. If you still would like to heat the pool during cold conditions and it does not reach the desired temperature, we will not be able to offer a refund.

BBQ: BBQ grill is optional at $65/reservation with a tank of propane included.
Needs to be paid at least 48 hrs in advance.


*Guests must be in the dwellingLive system to gain entry to The Cove at Storey Lake and Hideaway Club.

*Trailers, busses and RV's are not permitted in the Storey Lake Community.

* No security camera inside the house. The ring door bell at the front door will be on for your stay.

Family and conference

We had a wonderful time! House was clean, comfortable and had everything that we needed.The host were friendly, quick to reply to every request. We were able to enter the house on time, and had no issues with the air conditioning, pool, hot tub or TVs. We will definitely stay again. Great location too.

Villa Holiday

The villa location is really good with a supermarket within half a mile. Parking is not so good, the parking spaces are not ideal for large SUV's and no guarantee you get a space outside you villa. The weekends were very noisy with villas being booked for weekend parties. Although it's a gated community there is a lot of 'tailgating' which is a concern in regard to security.At

Awesome place

This place was super comforting for my family of 7 and had so much to do that my kids wanted to rush back from disney each day. The house was very clean inside and had more than enough space. The host was very attentive providing me with a list of information i needed to know and that was very helpful for my stay.My only concern was there was way too many flies and spider webs on the lanai and in the pool which i tried getting the bugs out of the pool but there was too many.The lanai should be cleaned up. Other than that everything was perfect!

The first floor Great Room is equipped with 65 inch TV and Formal Dining Room.

The Private Pool/Spa* area has a Patio Table Seating for 8, Outdoor Sectional Sofa, and 4 Pool Loungers with no rear neighbors.

All the homes we offer are professionally managed and fully equipped to ensure you will have a comfortable and hassle free stay. The unit will be cleaned and prepped prior to your arrival, so you may start relaxing once you arrive.
