The house and amenities are wonderful! The only thing disappointing, was that two of the games in the game room were broken. Everything else was great and host was attentive when anything else didn't work properly. I would definitely recommend this house overall!!

Thanks for your feedback and wonderful review of our home. Our games room specialist was able to inspect the pac-man game and replace the faulty transformer. He was also able to replace the scoring sensor for the basketball hoop. We do our best to keep up the gaming equipment but kids love them and naturally they take some beating. We look forward to your stay again.

Thanks for your feedback, our pool company stated that they had to brush the walls of pollen. Regardless we take your feedback seriously. We have switched our pool company immediately and will continue to monitor their work to ensure this does not happen again. We agree a five star home should have a five star pool.

What a lovely stay! We planned a large family trip to go to a couple of theme parks in Orlando, and needed a large, roomy space to stay in. This house was amazing! The Harry Potter theme was adorable. The house looks exactly as pictured. The game room was the best part, we spent so much time in there. The beds were cozy, and the home pretty much had all the extra amenities we needed (utensils, pots and pans for cooking, etc.) We didn’t use the pool or hot tub, so I can’t really review that, but they did look clean and spacious as well. The theme rooms were amazing and very clean. Whenever we ran into issues, the host was readily available to fix them, he’s a great communicator!Small cons: There was a small ant problem in the kitchen, we did tell the host so hopefully that gets fixed. Bring your own salt and pepper by the way. Not every room has a TV, so keep that in mind. Besides that, I really don’t have any complaints and I would definitely go back there!

This house was absolutely perfect! It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully immersive in the Harry Potter theme, especially in the bedrooms. The location was great, and the neighborhood felt very safe. Communication with the host was wonderful. The water pressure was excellent, the house comfortably accommodated all 18 of us, and the temperature stayed just right throughout our entire vacation, even when it was cold outside. We would absolutely love to come back!

Thanks for taking good care of our home and the kind comments. You were truly wonderful group, and it was indeed a pleasure to host you. We will take your appreciation to our cleaning and maintenance team for they do the hard work after every stay. Also thank you for the special mention on the neighborhood. Yes, our preserve at Storey lake is safe, so unique to Orlando. Looking forward to your next stay with us.

Overall our stay was wonderful. The house was as shown on VRBO. The only problem we had was the refrigerator and freezer the compressor went out but it was taken care of. The only thing that I would recommend is a full size ironing board for the house for guest who do iron their clothes. I would stay there again.

Awesome stay close to everything

We had an amazing stay at this villa! The location is perfect, less than 15 minutes to Disney parks, 20 minutes to Universal and Airport. lots of restaurants we liked the king o' falafel nearby must try for all. Just a short walk to Bronson club with spanking new water park and short drive to main resort. Wildlife is plenty to watch including alligators, white cranes, swans and eagles in the preserve behind the home. The home is close to target and everything shopping nearby. The villa itself is beautifully decorated and very clean. The host provided us with all the necessary information and was always available if we had any questions. The kitchen was well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking our meals. The bed was comfortable, and we had a restful sleep. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Absolutely beautiful home with so many unique details and decor perfect for our harry potter loving family! Very well maintained and clean. The kids loved the game room and we were pleasantly surprised that the noise was well contained and didnt disrupt the rest of the house. We loved bird watching from the pool area and the outdoor tv area as well. We had a bit of trouble getting the grill to light and heat up. And, although Raj our host worked diligently to fix the pool heater, it just didnt quite get fixed before our stay ended. He was so kind and prompt with communication and keeping us updated. The kids didnt mind the cooler pool but we wished we could have used the spa. We went to at least 1 of the 2 community waterparks everyday. All in all a wonderful family reunion gathering!

Vacation full of memories

Sixteen members of our family gathered in Orlando this week, before one of the families moves to Europe this summer. We were fortunate enough to find this home and it was so perfect! Comfortably furnished with game room and so many amenities, and great location. We went to Universal Studios for 3 days, and it was very convenient, about 15 mins away. With so many people, flying in from California and Boston, some driving from Tennessee, it was wonderful to have so many bedrooms and bathrooms. The community amenities were also great. We had a fantastic time! The owner, Raj was pleasant to work with, and the maintenance people were helpful when we had a question. The only suggestion I would make is to prepare people that washcloths, hand towels, dish towels and dishcloths are not provided. We bought some easily at Target nearby. We also really never figured out how to heat the pool, since the weather was so cool. But we got the spa heated and the kids didn't mind the pool being cold! Before we realized a week stay just melted away, beautiful Florida weather. We would recommend this to anyone for a great vacation.
