Ak adventure hibernation station

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place. Decorated to give you the Alaska experience. We have bike trails nearby, also Close to Chena lakes where there is fishing, northern lights viewing, and other outdoor activities. Also close to companies that provide all kinds of summer/winter guided services, to include ice fishing in heated shacks, northern light viewing, snowmobiling and dog mushing just to mention a couple things they provide. Come be our guest and immerse yourself in Alaska.

The apartment is one side of a duplex.
There is a garage between the 2 units.
However the garage is not available to guests.

This was a great place to stay for the week we were in town. Not only was it plenty of room for us but also when our 3 kids would stop by/stay. It was close to every thing in North Pole (within 10 mins driving). There was plenty of towels, bedding, and kitchen items. The internet wasn’t super strong but it worked for everything we needed. All said, we’d stay again!

Beautifully updated - the pictures are extremely accurate and truly highlight the Alasakan experience that we were looking for. The kitchen was well equipped and very clean. Laundry was clean and easy to use.

Aside from the previous guest not doing their closing check list everything was great. Wish I could've figured out the thermostats a little better. They would bump up in the middle of the night and would wake up warmer than we wanted.

It was spotlessly clean. Everything was well equipped except the kitchen. It needs glasses for cocktails and wine plus real plates not plastic ones. A new crockpot and coffee pot was really appreciated

Great Place to Stay!!!

The property was perfect, plenty of room, decorated nice and very clean. Kitchen was well equipt for making holiday meal and goodies. Nice location and easy to get to the highway.

This property is so beautiful and just what we needed. Fully stock with everything you need! We had a short stay, and we would stay again in a heart beat! My only suggestion is chairs outside to enjoy the outside.

The Hibernation Station was exactly what i needed. It was super comfortable and has all the extra stuff that you might have forgot. The host's were great and accommodating. I had to extend my stay a few days and Rachel/Coleman were able to make it happen. If Im ever back in the Fairbanks area I will definitely be looking ro stat here.

Beautiful and Comfortable Stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was clean and had everything we needed. It was a beautiful winter wonderland! The hosts were friendly and answered any questions we had. We would stay again in a heart beat. Highly recommend this property.

Convenient Location

Very convenient location to Chena Lakes to view the Northern lights and do snow activities. The unit was clean and comfortable and had everything we need during our stay. The location was very quiet even though the unit is connected to the main house. The owner is very responsive.

Peaceful warm location

The AK hibernation station was perfect for us. We needed a break from the hustle of reality and this warm and comfortable suite fulfilled our desires. It provided us with a comfortable bed, clean bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and luxurious family room. The owners were quick to respond to any concerns or questions. We would stay here again.

Great trip to see the Northern Lights!!

Perfect location to see the Northern Lights. Saw them from the house on 2 of our 5 nights. Close enough to Fairbanks for food, comforts, etc. We left the trip and were happy with the house. Thank you for the quick communication while we were on the trip.

Fantastic stay in North Pole Alaska!

A wonderful 2 bedroom 1bath property that has been updated with all the conveniences of a cozy Alaskan home. With a sizable well equipped kitchen, a dining area for 6, huge living room with 3 sofas, and 2 comfy beds, this property is perfect for a family stay in North Pole. Easy commute to Fairbanks as well. Owners we’re great with timely communication! Will definitely be staying again and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a wonderful property in the area!

Wonderful getaway

Nice duplex off the beaten trail in North Pole, Alaska about 20 minutes from Fairbanks on good hwy and 30 min. from Chena Springs (although in Feb. it took an hour to get there due to snow/ice on road). Snowmobile rentals were right down the road and the Northern Lights were right outside our door! No shoes allowed inside so consider packing a cheap pair of cotton slippers for padding around the house.
