Very comfortable and had a great patio to sit on to relax. Is an upstairs unit that I did not notice mentioned in the property description. Two of my party have knee issues so it was a little tough on them but was a lovely place to stay.

Over-all good stay. Carpet looked like someone spilled bleach all over it. Wierd. Bathroom fan squeelling. Couldn't turn off the baseboard heaters. Hot at night. Everything else good. Clean and comfortable.

Tucked away in a friendly neighborhood of Fairbanks, it’s the kind of place where you wake up to birds chirping and the occasional moose walking by. In winter, the snow blankets everything so beautifully, and the Northern Lights often dance right above the rooftops.

We love that we’re just minutes from local coffee shops, great restaurants, and outdoor adventures—whether it’s hiking in the summer or watching the auroras in the colder months. What we enjoy most is how calm and grounded it feels here—it’s the kind of place that helps you slow down and just breathe.
