Property was well equipped, clean, and in a great location on a quiet suburban street. House could use some maintenance items as doors to bathroom and master bedroom did not necessarily function correctly (would not latch closed, strike needs to be adjusted on both doors). Master Bedroom bed is very hard and could use a more universal mattress, or maybe just add a mattress topper. Otherwise this was an great stay in a well kept house.

We have stayed here twice, both times for Thanksgiving as this hoise is in the same neighborhood as our family. The hoise is cozy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Convenient location

Great centralized location for Eugene/Springfield. Easy to get anywhere quickly. Nice quiet neighborhood. We were there 6 nights and the property met our needs.

Nice place, good neighborhood

Clean and nice property for me and my adult children. Good comfortable space and bedding in a great quiet neighborhood. Close to UofO and Autzen stadium too. We appreciated this nice home.

This property was amazing and it felt like home. We definitely would come and stay here again. It was easy in and out, travel to and from Hayward field and surrounding restaurants and eateries. The property owner was very accommodating and was on top of communication and answering our every question. We absolutely loved our stay.
