Enjoy a cozy stay at this 324 sq ft modern Ohana studio apartment in Maui, featuring a small kitchenette and private bathroom. Large windows offer beautiful views of the West Maui Volcano and the warm Hawaiian breeze. With amenities such as A/C, Wi-Fi, smart TV, and free parking, it`s centrally located where the west and east sides of Maui meet, providing easy access to stunning beaches and the airport within a 10-15 minute drive.

Our space is designed to comfortably host Three guests, featuring a queen bed and twin xl bed but we can accommodate extra guests with an Air Mattress upon request. Simply let us know ahead of time, and we’ll have it ready for your stay! **Please note: This unit is located on the ground level**

🌺 1. E mālama i ka hale — Take Care of the Home
Treat the home and furnishings with respect, as if it were your own. Any damages, excessive wear and tear, missing or broken items caused during your stay will be the guest’s responsibility and may result in additional repair or replacement charges
🌺 2. Quiet Hours
Quiet hours are 10pm – 8am, out of respect for other guest and neighbors
Please keep noise minimal when on lanais, hallways, or common areas.
🌺 3. Mahalo for Keeping It Clean
Dispose of trash properly and avoid leaving food out — we’re in the tropics and critters love snacks too.
🌺 4. No Smoking or Vaping
Smoking/vaping is not allowed inside the unit or on the lanai.

🌺 5. Guests & Visitors
Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
No parties or large gatherings.
🌺 6. Parking
Please park only in your assigned stall and send us your vehicle information
Fines may apply for unauthorized parking

Please conserve water and electricity when possible.
Turn off AC when leaving the unit and keep doors/windows closed when AC is running.

We have a strict no-pet policy unless prior approval is given.

Great experience.

Needed a reasonable VRBO spot close to airport. Property was very clean and well run. Not alot of feeding options nearby, but Tiffany’s a nearby bar/grill had really well prepared food and service. Ice cold AC and very good WiFi.

Clean and easy overnight

Stayed here after a late flight in. Self check-in process was as easy as getting the key from a lock box. We even had a blow-up mattress already made up for our youngest to sleep on the floor. Low road noise, and owners were very nice upon meeting them the following morning. We'd definitely stay again.

Budget friendly and comfortable

Location was super convenient. We enjoyed exploring a completely different part of Maui. It was awesome that they offered to put an Air mattress in the room for us so my teenage boys could have their own bed! Very clean and fresh feeling! It was awesome that they had an area that included random beach items that could be borrowed.

Overnight stay close to airport

Good for an overnight stay for family of five to crash on way back from Hana before flying out of airport in the morning. Place was as listed and clean. It was one room for the five of us and the blow up mattress was less than desirable but better than buying two hotel rooms for the night. Would be super for family of three. Pay laundry was nice.

We found out that this location is close to some amazing bakeries, coffee, shops, and dining options in the surrounding Wailuku. The grocery store we needed as well as shopping centers were all less than 10 minutes away. It was easy to find even in the rain with the big address on the entrance wall. The instructions were easy, and the photos were exactly as expected. It was quiet we were able to come and go as we please without any questions or interacting with anyone which was great because we had plans every day of the trip, and it was a great home Base.
