Spacious yet Cozy 5 Bdrm Peaceful Home

Relax with your family/friends at our peaceful villa. Our home is located in the heart of Windermere which is known for being a calm/safe and friendly town. Beautiful 4 themed bedrooms upstairs, 3 1/2 bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is downstairs with full bath. Modern fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops. Close to all Orlando's main attractions. Quaint Windermere downtown is within 5 minutes drive (or 15 mins walk) which holds an amazing farmers market every Friday. No parties or loud music please, our place is located in a private neighborhood.
Enjoy the views of a spacious/serene backyard and beautiful trees.

the house could be awesome with some cleaning and a good water filtration system. When you first walk up to the house you notice the gutters overflowing with limbs and leaves. The porch hasn't been cleaned in months stuff hanging down. The water stinks and you do smell after a shower.I have stayed at other VRBO's and this one seems like they are trying very hard to cut corners unlike others who make you feel extremely welcome.The house has Great potential with some TLC and leave the guest a few items to make them feel welcome.We are staying in one right now in Madeira beach and they have left us water, snacks, coffee lots of other things to welcome us.Sorry for the average review my wife and sisters wanted to leave 2 stars. Bugs in the tub.

A beautiful property and a lovely stay that exceeded our expectations. Our host, Raj, communicated in a timely manner in advance of our stay from enquiry through to confirmation. The house was well presented and images in the listing provide a true indication of the property. The guest guide that was provided was extremely useful and made our stay more enjoyable. I would definitely stay at this property when visiting Windermere again.

Plenty of space for our large group. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of cups/dishes etc. Only issues were I think it could have been cleaner. The place is in desperate need of a deep cleaning. Also, I’m assuming it’s on well water. The water in the shower was kind of gross and all the tubs were rust stained.

Need Some Upkeep

Good day the stay was good but alot of rusty items such as tubs, shower heads, toilets. The property needs to be power wash on these areas ( master bedroom porch, and both patios) before renters arrives.

Get-Away with grand children

We had a lovely time with our family, although we were disappointed with some aspects of the home. Upon arrival, the house was not ready for us to go inside for an extra hour. The beds were not comfortable and many things we could've used were not disclosed to us (closet full of towels we didn't know was there) One of the bedroom doors was locked. All 6 garbage containers were completely full so we had nowhere to put the trash bags we filled ourselves. The yard was not cleaned, we had to clean off the back patio and the patio furniture was covered in dog hair. We've rented many VRBO's in many places in the country and overall this one was disappointing.

Amazing Private Stay

We stayed here for a few nights while on vacation, and loved the rental. Had some difficulties with A/C, but owner is quick to respond and help!

Review of my stay

Overall all the stay was ok. But there were a few things of concern. The base of the railing on the stair case was cracked, which could have posed a problem if someone were to lean heavily on it. When I reached out to the property manager (via email) within the 24 hour window I didn't receive a response to my email or phone message.

Friends reunion

Four couples, with decades of shared friendship, spent 4 nights here. Beautiful house. Great places to eat and talk. Lots of private bathrooms.

Long weekend

The house was perfect for our group. We had for guys for a golf trip....plenty of room to spread out and be comfortable. Check out instructions are only buried in email correspondence and not posted above the alarm panel as stated though. The house was great though.
